We hear your heart crying out for your daughter and for your own protection and peace, and we join with you in bringing all of this before our Lord Jesus together. Your love for your daughter shines through every word, and your desire to be the best mother you can be, to keep her safe and to let her feel deeply loved as God loves her, is beautiful in His sight. Children are a heritage of the Lord, and the fruit of the womb is his reward Psalm 127:3, and He sees your devotion and your fears regarding your ex, his family, the CPS case, and the possibility of court.

We want to encourage you to cast all your worries on Him, because He cares for you 1 Peter 5:7. The fear and anxiety you feel about what others may say or plot, about documents and judgments and misunderstandings, is real, and yet God calls us not to walk by fear or by our own sight but to trust Him fully. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. We also cling to His promise that no weapon that is formed against you will prevail Isaiah 54:17, and that He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. We will say of the Lord, He is our refuge and our fortress, our God, in whom we trust Psalm 91:1-2.

We pray for truth to be revealed in every place where there have been lies and manipulation. God is a God of truth and justice, and He will bring what is hidden into light, not for vengeance but for protection and for His glory. We join you in praying for your ex and his family, that their hearts would be softened and that they would see how their actions affect you and your daughter. We are called to bless those who persecute us and to forgive as we have been forgiven, and your prayer to forgive those who have trespassed against you and to bless your enemies is pleasing to the Lord. Continue to release them to Him and ask Him to turn even evil intent into blessing, as He promises that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose Romans 8:28.

Regarding the CPS handling and any legal steps, we encourage you to walk in complete honesty, humility and cooperation, trusting that the Lord honors a truthful tongue. Ask Him for wisdom in every answer you give and every document you complete, for if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him James 1:5. Let your yes be yes and your no be no, and trust that the Lord who sees all will let the truth stand and will not let false written statements prevail. Do not be afraid to seek godly counsel and practical support from trustworthy believers and wise counselors as you navigate this process.

We also lift up your education and new field of work. God delights to give you strength and motivation as you learn, and as you trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding, in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight Proverbs 3:5-6. Seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well Matthew 6:33.

We rejoice that you are praying in the precious name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we are saved and by which we have access to the Father. It is only through Jesus that we can come boldly to the throne of grace. We also hear your desire for a future husband, a man of faith, and we agree with you in praying for a godly marriage if it is His will. We believe marriage is a lifelong covenant between a man and a woman designed by God, and we pray that if the Lord wills for you to marry, He will bring a faithful believing husband who will love you and your daughter as Christ loves the church, and that any courtship would be pursued with purity and with marriage as the goal, honoring God in all things.

Your prayer has been laid before the Lord and we have carried you and your dear child to the throne of grace where Jesus Christ our only Mediator and Saviour ever lives to intercede.

We join you in asking the God of all mercy to cover you both with His hand, to go before you and to be your rear guard, for the God of mercy shall prevent you and His angels shall keep watch around you as you trust not in your own sight but in Him alone. We pray that you may be kept from fear and that faith may answer fear, for He will put strength in you and turn your trembling into confidence in His power and faithfulness.

We ask the Lord to make you a faithful mother who will not sin against the child, but will nourish her in love, in truth and in the fear of the Lord, that she may feel both your love and the greater love of Christ surrounding her, and that she may early be brought to Him that He may put His hands upon her and bless her. May you be given wisdom to keep her in focus, to speak truth, to walk in holiness, and to show her by life and word the salvation which is through Jesus Christ alone.

We pray that every refuge of lies may be swept away. The Lord will lay judgment to the line and righteousness to the plummet, and what is false cannot stand before Him. We ask not for haste but for holiness, that you may wait upon the Lord and be content in His present provision while you trust Him for the future.

May the Lord keep you and your daughter close together so far as it is right and lawful, and above all keep you both close to Himself. May you be a vessel for His grace to all you meet, speaking the hope of salvation to others with meekness and truth. May His light shine upon your home so that your bond in Him is seen and your dwelling is a place of peace and safety.

We commend you to Jesus, who takes the wheel when we yield it to Him, who covers His people with His blood and whose will is best even when our hearts are anxious. Your prayer to Jesus for you and your daughter has been heard, and we join you in bringing it before Him who is our only salvation and our present help in trouble.

We pray with you that the Lord Jesus Christ will cover you and your child with His presence, keep you in safety and peace, and guide every step you take. He sees you in every space you enter, and He is able to make your home and your path places of safety under His care. We ask Him to give you wisdom for every decision, clarity for the way forward, and strength to do what is right for your daughter, for your studies, and for your daily work.

We also pray that truth will be made clear. Where there have been lies, manipulation, slander or gossip, we ask God to reveal what is true and to restrain every tongue that would seek to harm you or your daughter. We pray for those who handle your daughter's case, including those in cps and any legal process, that they would act with fairness, discernment and honesty, and that no weapon formed against you would prosper. We ask the Lord to give you grace in how you speak and what you write, so that your words reflect truth and gentleness, and that justice will be done in a way that protects your child and keeps you together as you seek to be the mother God has called you to be.

Scripture reminds us that God often comes to His people in the fourth watch of the night, not at the first moment we cry out, to teach us to bear what comes with courage and trust while He is already drawing near. He has not given us a spirit of fear, but a spirit of power and love. Fear can dissolve love and cloud judgment, but perfect love casts out fear. So we pray that you will not be led by fear or by what your own eyes see, but by trust in Him, giving thanks even in hardship, knowing that a tongue that gives thanks in trial is precious before God.

We pray too that the Lord will keep your heart from being polluted by evil words, and that He will fill you and your daughter with His light and love, so that she feels both your love and His love surrounding her each day. May He guard her heart, keep her joy, and draw her to Himself for her salvation, for there is salvation in Jesus alone.

You asked about a future husband. We pray with you that if it is the Lord's will for you to marry, He will bring a man of faith who will walk with you in holiness, and that any such marriage would be as God designed it, a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, entered into with purity and faithfulness, where love and life together are lived within that covenant. We do not ask God to bless any relationship outside of that design, but we do ask Him to lead you in holiness, to keep you, and to fulfill His good will for you and your daughter in His perfect timing.

We pray that God will turn what was meant for evil into blessing, that He will melt hard hearts, bring repentance where it is needed, and help you to forgive as you have been forgiven, while still seeking what is right and safe. May He send trustworthy people into your lives and give you discernment to know who is from Him.

Your heartfelt prayer for you and your daughter has been heard, and the love you have for her and the desire to protect her and walk faithfully before the Lord is evident.

God places a very high value on children. Jesus took a little child and set that child in the midst of His disciples and taught that we must become humble like a little child to enter the kingdom of heaven, and that whoever receives one such little child in His name receives Him. He warned to take heed that we do not despise one of these little ones, and He spoke of how serious it is when an adult works to damage the simple faith of a child. Your daughter is seen and treasured by Him, and your ministry to her in these early years is a blessed privilege. As you pray with her, talk to her, and teach her the Scriptures from the time she is young, you are giving her what she needs to know the Lord. All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and it is able to make her wise for salvation through faith in Jesus Christ.

Your prayer is like that of Hannah, who prayed earnestly for a child and then vowed to give that child back to the Lord. To bring your daughter before the Lord and say, she is Yours, guide her life and mine, is the right heart. God heard Hannah and answered her, and she brought her young child to the house of the Lord to fulfill her vow. When you dedicate your daughter to Him daily, you can trust Him to keep her even when you cannot control every circumstance around her.

Scripture shows that God is sovereign even over decrees and courts that seem to have final power. When Caesar issued a decree that all the world should be taxed, there was no appeal. Yet God used that very decree to move Mary and Joseph from Nazareth to Bethlehem so that prophecy would be fulfilled and Christ would be born in the right place. He can do the same with the authorities and processes you are facing. Even the handling of documents, conversations with those who are evaluating your family, and any legal steps others may consider are not outside His hand. Pray that truth will be revealed and that lies and manipulation will be exposed, and trust Him to work through or in spite of what others intend.

Being a child of God does not mean life will be without battles or problems. The promise that no weapon formed against you shall prosper does not mean no weapon will be formed, but that God will be present with you in the battle and His ultimate purpose for you and your daughter will stand. Remember also the word spoken to Mary that a sword would pierce through her own soul. To love a child deeply is to know joy and also vulnerability and pain. The Lord understands that ache and walks with you in it, just as He was faithfully present with Mary.

The Lord calls you to come to Him with the humility and trust of a little child, leaning not on your own understanding but on His. Fear and the words of others can pollute the heart and cause you to walk by sight, but He wants to guide your steps and give you clarity for each next decision. This includes wisdom in how you answer, what you write, and how you care for your daughter day by day. Training a child is systematic and patient work, like teaching a child to walk. You expect stumbles and you gently keep guiding and correcting. Continue to teach her in the way she should go, with consistency, love, and instruction from the Word, and pray that when she is older she will not depart from it.

It is right that you want to forgive those who have trespassed against you and to ask God to bless even those who have hurt you. Jesus calls us to bless those who oppose us and to pray that their hearts would be softened. Continue to release them to the Lord while also asking Him to restrain any tongue that would seek to harm you or your daughter or damage your bond. Ask Him to turn what others mean for evil into blessing, and to surround your home with His light and peace so your daughter feels safe and deeply loved both by you and by Him.

For your own future, it is good to desire marriage as God designed it, a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, with purity within it, if it is His will for you. Pray that if the Lord wills to bring a husband who is a man of faith, He will bring him in His perfect timing and make His will clear to you, and that you would be prepared to recognize what is from the Lord.

May the Lord keep you and your daughter under the covering of the blood of Jesus, guide you in every conversation and every document, give you strength and motivation in your studies and favor as you learn your new field, and guard you from slander and gossip. May He fill your home with His presence so you both sense Him in every part of your being and in the spaces you enter, and make you a vessel to bring the salvation that is in Jesus Christ alone to everyone you meet.
