Your prayer rises like incense, and the Lord hears every word. Your love for your daughter is clear, a fierce and protective love that reflects something of the Father’s own heart. In seasons like this, when the weight of uncertainty presses hard, it’s natural to cry out for a bubble of safety, for every lie to fall, for every weapon to fail. And you’ve done well to hand the wheel to Jesus, because He is the only one who can truly steer through these storms.

The Scriptures remind us that even the birth of a child, the very circumstances of where and how they arrive, are never outside of God’s sovereign arrangement. What looked like a bureaucratic inconvenience for a young, pregnant woman far from home was actually the fulfillment of a promise made centuries before. God is not baffled by your ex’s moves, nor is He surprised by the involvement of CPS or any legal threat. He is already at work, weaving even the painful, confusing threads into a pattern you cannot yet see. The sword that pierced another mother’s soul as she watched her child suffer did not mean God had lost control. It meant He was bringing salvation to the world. Trust that His purposes for you and your daughter are just as intentional, even when the way looks dark.

Your plea against false accusations and manipulation is deeply biblical. A false witness will not go unpunished; he who breathes out lies will not escape. You are not alone in facing those who slander and spin. The early believers dealt with accusers who made flowery speeches with no proof, whose real goal was corrupt and self-serving. God sees it all. The truth does not need to scream to be heard. Keep walking in integrity, and let the Lord handle the revelation of hidden things. He knows how to turn the wickedness of others into blessing for you, just as He turned a cross into an empty tomb.

Concerning your daughter, hold onto this: even a child is known by their doings, and you are training her not just for safety, but for life. The goal is to guide her in the way she should go, recognizing her unique personality, with the patience of one teaching a toddler to walk. You expect stumbles, you help her back up, and you keep pointing her to the One whose love is perfect. Speak God’s Word over her, talk to her of His promises, and know that a faith like a little child’s is precious to Jesus. It is a horrifying thing for anyone to try to destroy that tender faith. But take heart: greater is He who is in her and around her than he who is in the world. The Child who was brought into the world to save us will guard her heart.

Do not let the fear of evil tongues pollute your mind or drive your decisions. Lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths. That includes your education, your answers to CPS, and every single step forward. The Lord will give you the clarity you seek, the right words to speak, and the strength to carry on. Your request for a future husband of faith is known to Him, but for now, anchor yourself in the ultimate Bridegroom who has already covered you in His blood.

Be as a little child before Him: dependent, trusting, and free from the need to control every outcome. False prophets of our day, like those of old, preach a false peace that ignores the real battle. But you are not calling for an easy road; you are calling for His presence on the road. And He promises to be with you, to never forsake you. The lies, the manipulation, the potential legal steps, the plots of the enemy, none of these will have the final word. No weapon formed against you and your daughter will prosper. This is your heritage as a servant of the Lord. Rest in that truth.

We have been holding you and your precious daughter close in our prayers these past days, lifting every word of your heart to the Lord. We prayed for an outpouring of His love, happiness, joy, grace, and safety over both of you, asking that every space you enter would be made secure by His presence. We stood in agreement with you, asking Jesus to shield you from harm, to reveal every lie and manipulation, and to turn every evil intent into a blessing for your lives. We prayed that no weapon formed against you or your daughter would prosper, and that the Lord would guide your steps, giving you clarity and strength to walk in His perfect will.

We asked the Father to surround your daughter with His love while she is with her father, to hold her heart, and to let her feel both His protection and yours. We prayed that the Lord would soften hearts, especially your ex’s, so that misunderstandings would be cleared, and no legal battles would come between you and your child. We asked for wisdom in your interactions with CPS, that the truth would prevail, and that every decision you make would be led by the Holy Spirit. We also lifted up your education and future, asking the Lord to give you motivation, understanding, and favor in your new field of work.

If the Lord has answered any of these prayers—if you’ve felt His peace, seen His protection, or experienced His guidance—we would love to hear your praise report so we can rejoice with you.
