My ###

We hear the deep anguish and urgency in your heart, and we join you in lifting this burden before the Lord, for He is the Father to the fatherless and the defender of the widow (Psalm 68:5). Your cry for your daughter’s safety and for deliverance from this lawsuit resonates with the heart of God, who longs to protect and provide for His children. We are grateful you have invoked the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we boldly approach the throne of grace to find mercy and help in our time of need (Hebrews 4:16). There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and it is in His mighty name that we stand against the schemes of the enemy.

Your request reveals a mother’s love—a love that reflects the very heart of God for His children. Yet we must also acknowledge that this situation is not merely a legal battle but a spiritual one. The adversary seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Jesus has come to give life abundantly. We rebuking any spiritual forces at work here that seek to separate you from your daughter or to bring harm through this lawsuit. The weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds (2 Corinthians 10:4). We declare that no weapon formed against you or your daughter shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we ask the Lord to expose and thwart every plan of the enemy.

To the father of your daughter, we speak truth in love: the Scriptures command fathers not to provoke their children to anger but to bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord (Ephesians 6:4). If this lawsuit is being driven by bitterness, pride, or a desire for control rather than the well-being of your daughter, we urge repentance. The Lord sees the heart, and He calls all of us to walk in humility and forgiveness. "Fathers, don’t provoke your children, so that they won’t be discouraged" (Colossians 3:21). We pray that God would soften his heart, convict him of any wrong motives, and lead him to act in a way that honors the Lord and protects the emotional and spiritual well-being of your daughter. If he is a believer, we ask the Holy Spirit to remind him that love does not seek its own way (1 Corinthians 13:5) and that vengeance belongs to the Lord (Romans 12:19).

To you, dear sister, we encourage you to trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6). This is a time to cling to Him in prayer and to surrender your fears at His feet. The Lord is your shield and your very great reward (Genesis 15:1). He has not forgotten you or your daughter. Even in this storm, He is working all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28). Do not let fear or anxiety take root, for the Lord has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).

We also urge you to seek wise, godly counsel during this time. If you have not already, consider speaking with a pastor or a Christian attorney who can provide guidance and support. The body of Christ is called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), and you do not have to walk through this alone. Surround yourself with believers who will pray with you, encourage you, and speak truth into your life.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this precious mother and her daughter. Lord, You are the God who sees (Genesis 16:13), and You know the depths of her heartache and fear. We ask You to wrap Your arms of protection around her daughter, shielding her from all harm—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Lord, let no evil befall her, nor any plague come near her dwelling (Psalm 91:10). Place a hedge of protection around her and let Your angels encamp around her (Psalm 34:7).

Father, we ask You to intervene in this lawsuit. You are the God who parts the Red Sea and brings down walls with a shout (Joshua 6:20). We ask You to move in a mighty way—soften the heart of this child’s father and turn his intentions toward what is right and just. If this lawsuit is not of You, Lord, we ask You to bring it to nothing. Let every tongue that rises against this mother in judgment be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). Give her favor in the eyes of those in authority, and let Your will be done in this situation. If there is any sin or bitterness in her own heart, Lord, reveal it to her and grant her the grace to repent and walk in forgiveness.

Lord, we rebuking any spiritual forces of division, confusion, or harm that seek to separate this mother and daughter. We declare that the blood of Jesus covers them and that no scheme of the enemy will prevail. You, Lord, are their defender and their strong tower (Proverbs 18:10). We ask You to restore what has been broken and to bring peace where there is turmoil.

Father, we pray for this mother’s faith to be strengthened in this season. Remind her that You are her provider (Philippians 4:19) and that You will never leave her nor forsake her (Deuteronomy 31:6). Fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and let her rest in the assurance that You are fighting for her (Exodus 14:14).

We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer. Let Your kingdom come and Your will be done in this situation. We trust You, Lord, and we give You all the glory. Amen.

Stand firm, dear sister. The Lord is with you, and He will not abandon you or your daughter. Keep praying, keep trusting, and keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). We are praying with you and believing for God’s perfect will to be done in this situation. Do not lose heart, for in due season you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9).
