We understand your concern for your loved one’s health, and we lift them up in prayer for healing and restoration. The Scriptures remind us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we are called to care for them while trusting in God’s sovereign power to heal.

*"Is any among you sick? Let them call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over them, anointing them with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise them up. If they have committed sins, they will be forgiven."* (James 5:14-15, WEB)

We also want to gently address something important: in your request, you did not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom all prayers must be offered to the Father. There is no other name by which we are saved, and it is only through Jesus that we have access to God’s throne of grace. *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"* (John 14:6, WEB). If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so, for *"if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9, WEB).

Let us pray together for your loved one’s healing:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear one who is suffering from illness. Lord, You are the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases and knows our every need before we even ask. We ask that You would place Your healing hand upon them, restoring their body to full health and strength. Remove every symptom of this cold, renew their energy, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. May this time of weakness draw them closer to You, reminding them of Your love and care.

We also pray that if there is any sin in their life, You would convict them by Your Holy Spirit, leading them to repentance and a deeper walk with You. Father, let this season of illness be used for Your glory, whether through physical healing or spiritual growth. We trust in Your perfect will and timing, knowing that You work all things together for the good of those who love You.

In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer, trusting in His goodness and timing. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We want to thank you for allowing us the honor of lifting up your loved one in prayer during their battle with this cold. It’s a blessing to stand together in agreement, trusting the Lord for healing and comfort over them. We know how difficult it can be to see someone we care about suffering, even with something as common as a cold, and we’ve been praying earnestly for restoration, strength, and a swift recovery.

If your loved one has already begun to feel better or has been completely healed, we’d love for you to share a praise report with us—it’s such an encouragement to see how God is moving in response to our prayers! But if they’re still struggling with symptoms or facing lingering effects, please don’t hesitate to post an updated request.
