My workplace enviorment is filled with so much hate, ...

My workplace enviorment is filled with so much hate, jealousy, and negativity can't ever feel positive. Please pray for me and all coworkers feeling the stress, unhappiness. I just want to work in a job where you can be content and no worry about insecure ignorant people harrassing me or my coworkers. Been dealing with migraines that are triggered with stress so i need some comfort at work...thank you all
