My wife & I have been on the front line of a pioneer ministry in Merthyr Tydfil South Wales for 12 years. We have experienced years of difficulty in the forms of serious & debilitating health issues, that have rendered me (as Senior Pastor) in particular incapable of earning a wage, and effectively leading the church. There have been many other difficulties, and it has forced us to leave the church.

I ask that you pray for us both, our names are: Chris & Helen Donegan.

I (Chris) am experiencing clinical depression, and thoughts of suicide. Please pray, please pray, please pray...thank you.

Father, You are our strong tower, the refuge in times of distress, and you know how to take care of our needs.You are a refuge for the oppressed, a refuge from the storm, a refuge in time of trouble & a river of water in a dry place. Holy & Almighty Elohim who are worthy of all honor & glory.

Jesus told us in John 16:33, †In this world you will have trials and tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.†It doesn’t matter what we face for all things are under the sovereign authority of Christ. It is his will that prevails in the outcome of every problem we face. If you will try to understand that truth, it will bring you peace when all hope seems gone. Your struggle is actually the transforming power that reveals God’s strength. It is always his purpose to bring you through your heartache and reveal more of himself to you. Your battles are won long before they start because Christ paid the price for your victory. That may seem difficult to comprehend when your heart is breaking – but that is the truth.

Paul endured a hardship in prison but his God never left him. He knew that he would suffer for a while for the purpose that God planned but that he could not be destroyed by this time of pain – he could only be made better and stronger! That is what happens when you can give thanks in ALL things including those trials that you don’t understand why God would allow. You can give praise and thanksgiving in all things knowing without a doubt that God’s grace is the force that will take you to victory.!

Father hear this prayer. Oh God please give aide and healing to this man of God who has been attacked because he teaches your Word. Lord help all pastors fight and offer them protections so that they may continue or return to your work. I say these things in Jesus Name Amen
