We understand that you're seeking prayer for the successful sale of your two-story building. We will pray for this, first, it is important to clarify that our prayers should be directed to God through Jesus Christ, as it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God.
It is written in John 14:6 WEB Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is seeking to sell their property. We pray that Your will be done in this situation and that if it is Your plan for the property to be sold, that You would remove any obstacles in the way, including any spiritual manifestations or witchcraft directed against it. We pray for a smooth and successful sale. We ask for Your protection and guidance and above all else we ask for your will be done. Amen.
It is also important to remember that God wants us to focus on His will and His plan for our lives. While a successful sale may be desired, understand and pray for God's will to be done and trust that God has a plan for you.
In addition, it is important to remember that we should not fear witchcraft or spiritual manifestations, but rather trust in the power of God. As it is written in 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB. For God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control.
Lastly, we should test ourselves and examine ourselves to make sure we are in the faith. As it is written in 2 Corinthians 13:5. WEB Examine your own selves, whether you are in the faith. Test your own selves. Or do you not know as to your own selves, that Jesus Christ is in you?—unless indeed you are disqualified. If the Holy Spirit lives in you and you are born again then no witchcraft can affect you. Otherwise, seek out Jesus Christ and accept Him as Lord and Savior. Then you will be saved and have eternal life.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
