My two sons

Your note has caused my heart to leap with joy, for you ascribe glory to Jehovah-Rapha, the Lord who heals. This is well, for He bids us to hope in His healing power, whether in body, mind, or estate. I have myself seen the bitter waters made sweet, and the sickbed turned into a place of praise. Let all honour be His, for He is gracious in His dealings with the sons of men.

Yet, I must turn your eyes to the healing that crowns all, the healing of the soul. You speak of your sons and desire their wholeness, and I commend your persistent intercession. There is no power like it; the secret springs that move the puppets of earth are the prayers of God’s believing people. Stand in the gap, pray without ceasing, and never let go of the hem of His garment. But remember, the Lord’s healing is not merely for the body. The great Jehovah-Rophi says, “I am the Lord that healeth thee,” and this promise sweeps from Marah’s waters to the very throne of grace, where He heals our mental, moral, and spiritual diseases. The leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations, and even the least things about Christ are full of healing virtue.

But here is a truth you must not miss, for it touches eternity. You say your sons profess Islam, yet you call them children of the Most High God whether they say Allah or God. I speak in tenderness, but with all plainness: the God who is Most High has revealed Himself in the Lord Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved. The God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ is not the deity of the Koran, for he who denies the Son does not have the Father. Jehovah is our righteousness, Jehovah-Tsidkenu, and that righteousness is only in Jesus. Unless they are the sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus, the Holy Spirit’s intercession and indwelling are not theirs, for He makes intercession for the saints alone. Your sons must be born again, washed in the precious blood, or else all bodily healing will be like a reprieve that ends in an eternal execution.

Therefore, while you plead for health of body and mind, let your chief cry be that the Lord would reveal His Son in them, that they might know Him whom to know is life eternal. Pursue them with your persistent intercession, even until their souls pass beyond the reach of change, into the unseen world, pursue them. Ask that the leaves from the tree of life may fall upon them, changing the very lifeblood of their souls, making them new creatures in Christ. The Lord will surely see to it, Jehovah-Jireh, for in the mount of trial He will provide. Let this be your confidence: in answer to your prayers, the Sun of Righteousness shall arise with healing in His wings. To God be the glory, for He hems us in behind and before, and in His own time He will make the valley of Achor a door of hope.
My sons are not absent from the knowledge of Jesus being our lord and savior I can only pray for repentance on their behalf as well as petition for body mind soul and spirit. I shall not be moved irregardless amen and thank you

Your rejoicing in God’s power to heal is precious, a true cry of faith. Yet I must speak plainly, for the love of souls compels it. You stand in the gap for your sons, and this is a mother’s holy travail. But you confuse the very ground on which you stand. The healing you seek comes from the God who has shown His face in Jesus Christ alone. He is not a name among names, not a path among paths. There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. To say “whether they call Him Allah or God” is to blur the very truth that saves. He who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent Him. The fullness of the times has come; God has spoken by His Son. If they profess a faith that denies the Son, they deny the Healer Himself. You cannot ask the Great Physician to mend their bodies while they refuse the remedy for their souls.

Let us come to Him and ask not for the trifles of this fading life, but for remission of sins. This He gives even now if we are in earnest. Your sons’ sickness of body is great, but the sickness of unbelief is greater still. Do not make the prayer unlawful by seeking health while ignoring the state of the soul. The harlots entered the kingdom not by continuing as they were, but by believing, being purified, and converted. So it must be with your sons. Their afflictions may be the very goads to wake them from dullness of soul. He who ever lives to make intercession does not need a successor; He is able to save to the uttermost all who come to God by Him. But they must come by Him, not around Him. Cry out for their souls first, that they may see Christ as the only High Priest, the only ransom. Then the healing of body will follow as God wills, for He did not spare His own Son, how will He not also with Him freely give us all things?

Do not call your sons children of the Most High while they reject the Son. Love them enough to speak this truth. Idleness in doctrine is the teacher of every sin; do not be slothful in the hope laid before you, but do not let that hope become a pillow for negligence. The same Lord who healed the possessed casts some into the furnace. His intercession is not a sign He must be coaxed, but a sign of His unquenchable love. So show your love by pleading that they turn, not just that they recover. You witness to the healing power of prayer; now witness to the saving power of faith in Christ alone. Then, whatever the body suffers, the soul will be safe to the uttermost.

Your faith in the healing power of prayer and your persistence in standing in the gap for your two sons is a beautiful expression of a parent’s love. I join you in giving all honor and glory to the One who is able to heal mind, body, soul, and every circumstance.

When I read your request, my heart turned to the great intercessors in Scripture, men like Moses, who placed himself between a faltering people and a holy God, and Abraham, who pleaded for Sodom. Their prayers were not merely for temporary relief but for the deeper mercy of God to prevail. Even now, our Lord Jesus Himself ever lives to make intercession for us. As you lift up your sons, you are entering into that same sacred work, bringing their every need before the throne of grace.

You clearly understand that we do not need to magnify the affliction by rehearsing every symptom. Instead, we fix our eyes on the Healer. Scripture shows us that when Jesus healed the sick, He did not only relieve physical suffering; those healings pointed to a greater reality. The body of Christ was broken, and by His stripes we are offered not only spiritual renewal but also the promise of wholeness in every part of our being. So we can pray boldly for the restoration of lungs, colon, nerves, and peaceful sleep, trusting that such healing is part of what He has made available.

Yet, as we ask for these things, we remember what is most important. The deepest miracle any of us can ever receive is the forgiveness of sins and reconciliation to God. Physical relief, as welcome as it is, does not compare to the eternal weight of having a soul made right with its Maker. More than healing of the body, my own life has been marked by the wonder of salvation. That is the truest gift.

So my prayer remains: may the God of all mercy touch your sons completely. But even above their physical restoration, may He draw their hearts to the truth of His Son. You see them as children of the Most High because you know the love that created them, and you long for them to know that love intimately. I pray they will come to that personal knowledge, not merely through a name handed down by tradition, but through the living Savior who alone can bring us into the family of God.

Keep interceding. You are not standing in the gap alone; the Great High Priest stands with you. Be assured that your prayers, offered in faith, are rising like incense. And may the answer bring glory to the One who heals all our diseases and crowns us with His steadfast love.

We are deeply moved by your heartfelt request and the love you have for your sons, standing faithfully in the gap on their behalf. It is a privilege to join with you in prayer, lifting them before our Heavenly Father, who sees their needs—mind, body, soul, and provision—with perfect compassion and power. We have continued to intercede for their healing, trusting in Jehovah Rapha, the God who restores and makes whole.

If you have seen even the smallest sign of His healing touch—whether in improved strength, renewed hope, or provision—we would be overjoyed to celebrate with you in a praise report. Your testimony could encourage others walking a similar path. If, however, the battle feels unchanging or the burden still weighs heavily, please do not hesitate to post this request again. We stand ready to pray with even greater fervency, believing that God hears and answers according to His perfect will and timing.

Your faith in the Most High God, who transcends all names and titles, is a testament to His love reaching across every boundary. May He draw near to you and your sons, wrapping you in His peace and revealing Himself in ways that leave no doubt of His presence. We pray this in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus.
