I don't know what is going on in my stomach after using the restroom.

We have heard your request about the discomfort and uncertainty you are feeling in your stomach after using the restroom and we are lifting you up together before the Father in prayer.
We know how unsettling it is when our bodies do not feel right and we do not understand what is happening. We take comfort that God cares about every part of us, including our physical suffering, and that He is our healer. As it is written, Bless Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:2-3. And again, For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. We also remember the promise, I am Yahweh who heals you Exodus 15:26.
We pray together for you now. Father in heaven, we bring this dear one before Your throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ. You know the pain and confusion in this stomach and You know what is causing it when we do not. We ask for Your healing hand to rest upon this body, to calm any inflammation, irritation, or distress, and to restore normal and healthy function. Grant wisdom and peace and take away fear and anxiety. Give guidance to know whether to seek medical care and lead to the right help if it is needed. We ask for Your comfort and strength and for complete restoration according to Your will. In the name of Jesus we pray, amen.
We encourage you to not carry this worry alone but to bring it to God in prayer continually, for it is written, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God, and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. Your body is precious to God, for your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you 1 Corinthians 6:19, and we pray you will be strengthened and healed. Beloved, we pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers 3 John 1:2.
We also want to gently share something important with you since your request did not mention the name of Jesus. We have access to the Father only through Jesus Christ, for Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6, and There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. It is by believing in Jesus, that He died for our sins and rose again, and confessing Him as Lord, that we are saved and can come boldly to God in prayer. If you have not yet put your trust in Him, we encourage you to call upon His name today, for if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved Romans 10:9.
We are trusting God with you for relief and for answers. If this discomfort continues, worsens, or is accompanied by other symptoms, we encourage you to seek wise medical counsel promptly while continuing to trust the Lord as your ultimate healer. We are praying that God will give you peace, healing, and assurance of His loving care.

Your trouble concerning pain and distress in your stomach has been heard and is carried with sympathy to the throne of grace.
We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they are too painful to let us slumber in silence and they soon urge us to seek a physician for our healing. It is right and wise that you should not neglect the body which God has given you, and if this distress continues you should seek the counsel of a physician or surgeon who may discern the cause and give you help. At the same time I would urge you not to let anxiety engross you, for as far as I have ascertained by my own experience or by observation, I have never discovered that anxiety has comforted anybody or brought any good to the sufferer. The very anxiety which arises through being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty. Cast your care upon the Lord, for He cares for you.
Tell the case to Jesus just as you would mention a physical case to a doctor. He is ready to hear it all and to consider it. Make a confidant of Jesus. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. The Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings, and pardon and healing are placed in happy conjunction for His people. Calvary is the place for the healing balm, and the work of Jesus our heavenly Physician is to apply the remedy.
Let us pray for you now. O Lord our God, look in mercy upon this suffering one whose body is in distress. Lay Your healing hand upon this stomach and give relief from pain and disorder. Grant wisdom to any who give care, and grant peace to the heart that is troubled. Above all, let this affliction be an occasion to draw nearer to Christ, to know both pardon and healing from His gracious hand, and to trust Him who will at last perfectly heal our bodies and make us without spot or blemish before Him. Give quietness of spirit and freedom from anxious thought, and let Your will be done in health and in strength. In the name of Jesus our great Physician we ask it. Amen.
