Beloved of All
We thank you for sharing this request and we join you in prayer in the name of Jesus for your son and your family today.
We pray that his baptism today will be a joyful witness that points clearly to Christ. As Scripture teaches, baptism is a sign that leads us to Christ and proclaims Him, the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world. We pray that this day will be a beautiful beginning and that God will use it to make Christ known to your son as he grows.
We ask the Father in the name of Jesus to draw your son close to Himself all the days of his life, to give him faith that remains strong and to fill him with the Holy Spirit so that he may know Christ truly and walk with Him. We pray the same for his siblings, that each of them will come to know Jesus as Savior and Lord and stay close to Him, growing in faith and love.
We also pray for his daddy, that the Lord will provide safe travel and make a way for him to be there today to witness this important moment, and that your whole family will be encouraged and strengthened together in the Lord.
May the Lord bless you and keep you and cause your children to grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ. We trust Him to hear our prayers and to work in the hearts of your children for His glory. Amen.
