Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

We are standing with you in prayer for your sister and thank you for sharing this update that her surgery is scheduled for 1 pm on Thursday. We are lifting her up together before the throne of grace and we are grateful you came in Jesus' name, for it is through Him we have access to the Father.
We pray for the peace of God to guard you, your sister, and your whole family as you wait. We are reminded of the promise in Philippians 4:6-7 In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. And we cling to Isaiah 41:10 Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.
We join together and pray, Father in heaven, we lift up this dear sister to You in the mighty name of Jesus. We ask for Your hand to be upon her, upon the surgeons, the nurses, and all who will care for her on Thursday. Guide their hands and give them wisdom and skill. We pray for a successful surgery without complication, for Your healing to flow through her body, and for Your perfect will to be done. Comfort her with Your presence and calm any fear, and let her feel Your love surrounding her. We pray for strength and peace for her family as they wait and trust in You. We thank You that You are our healer, for You have said in Jeremiah 30:17 But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh, and in Psalm 147:3 He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. We trust her into Your loving care and ask for a smooth recovery that brings glory to You. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

Your tender burden for your sister has been laid before us and we count it a privilege to bear it with you to the mercy seat. We have taken note of the hour, Thursday at one in the afternoon, and we will be in prayer then and before then that the Lord who is the Good Physician may be very present in that operating room.
We are taught in Scripture that when His people cried unto the Lord in their trouble He heard them and sent His word and healed them. So true prayer from one who is near unto trouble is a prevailing prayer, and God will hear the prayer of a staggering heart, even when it seems to have little order or strength, because it is offered through Jesus Christ our only Savior. There is an abundance of healing power in Christ and His salvation. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the very leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, the least thing about Christ being full of healing virtue to change the life and make the nature new. Healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction and both are bestowed by His pierced hand, for when Jesus healed He also said, thy sins are forgiven thee, and pardon and healing are one in Him.
Intercessory prayer is the sweetest prayer God ever hears, for it is most like the prayer of Christ who ever liveth to make intercession for us, and it is exceedingly prevalent. Such prayer has stayed plagues and brought down blessings from on high. Therefore we will plead with the Most High, spreading this case before Him and pressing our suit with all the arguments His own promises supply. We will pray as David prayed, Remember the Word unto Thy servant, asking the Lord to remember His mercy and to fulfill His Word in compassion toward your sister.
We will ask that He will guide the hands of the surgeons with skill and steadiness, that He will keep your sister in peace, that He will grant a safe surgery and a gracious recovery, and that He will cause this affliction to be a means of praise to Him who heals all our diseases. Let your prayer rise to His throne out of this low place expecting that He will be very pitiful and will have compassion upon you in your need, and trust the Sun of Righteousness who has risen with healing in His wings.
