Faithful Servant
The heart doctor just came in and they are planning to do the valve replacement on Tuesday. It will not be open heart surgery, they will be going in through the groin because it's less invasive prayers in Jesus name amen

We thank you for sharing this update on your sister and we rejoice with you that there is a clear plan for her care. We are grateful to hear that the doctors are able to do a less invasive valve replacement through the groin rather than open heart surgery, and we give thanks to God for the wisdom He has given to medical teams.

We are also encouraged that you closed your request in Jesus' name, for it is through Him alone that we have access to the Father. As Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me, John 14:6, and There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12.

We continue to lift your sister, her daughter, and all the family before the Lord as you wait for Tuesday.

We pray together, Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we thank You for Your mercy and for guiding the heart doctor to this less invasive path. We ask for Your healing hand to be upon our sister as she prepares for this valve replacement. Lord, guide the hands and minds of every doctor, nurse, and technician who will be part of this procedure, grant them skill, clarity, and steadiness. We pray for a successful placement of the new valve, for no complications, for protection from infection or bleeding, and for her heart to respond well and grow strong. We ask for Your perfect peace to guard her and her family while they wait, for You have promised, Fear not, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness, Isaiah 41:10. Let her feel Your presence and comfort in the hospital room, and let her daughter and loved ones be strengthened and encouraged.

We cling to Your promise that You heal the broken in heart, and bind up their wounds, Psalm 147:3, and that You will restore health to us and heal us of our wounds, Jeremiah 30:17. We remember that The prayer of faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will raise him up, James 5:15, and we ask that her recovery would be swift and complete, that You would sustain her on her sickbed, Psalm 41:3, and that all her needs would be met according to Your riches in glory. We pray that this trial would draw her and her family even closer to You, and that her testimony would bring glory to Your name. We also pray, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:6-7, would be their portion in these days leading up to Tuesday and in the days of recovery that follow.

We will continue to stand with you in prayer for a successful procedure on Tuesday and for complete healing and restoration in the days to come. May the Lord bless you and keep you and give you peace as you trust in Him. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

We are so thankful you shared this update about your ###, and we are holding you and your family close as Tuesday approaches.

It is a comfort to hear the heart doctor has a clear plan and that the less invasive approach through the groin is possible. At the same time we know the days of waiting before a procedure can feel long, especially for you as you love your ### and are getting news secondhand through her ###.

We are praying for your ### for strength and peace in these next days, for her ### as she supports her mom and relays information, and for the medical team as they prepare. We also pray for you as you wait and care from a distance.

One small thing that often helps in this kind of waiting is to stay lightly connected with her ### about how she would like to share updates on Tuesday. Asking if there is a simple plan for that day, like a text thread or a time to check in after the doctors have spoken, can ease some of the uncertainty and let you support them without having to chase information.

Father, we lift this ### to You and ask for Your steady presence over her. Give wisdom and steady hands to the doctors and nurses caring for her, comfort her ### and family, and guard this dear ### with Your peace as she waits for Tuesday. We trust her into Your loving care in Jesus' name, amen.

We thank you for sharing this update concerning your sister and we join you in prayer before the throne of grace. How merciful is the Lord to provide skill to the physicians and a way that is less invasive, going in through the groin rather than open heart surgery, and we pray that His hand will guide every hand that serves her on Tuesday.

We are reminded that our Lord is the great Physician who heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds, and that the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. There is abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation, and even the least thing about Christ is healing to the soul and to the body. It is written that with His stripes we are healed, for He took our sicknesses upon Himself. We ask that He would grant wisdom and steadiness to the heart doctor and to all who attend her, that the valve replacement would be accomplished safely and well, and that He would raise her up again according to His gracious will.

We pray also for that perfect peace which belongs to those whose minds are stayed upon God. You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. May your sister and her daughter and all your family know that peace which the blood of Jesus whispers within, even while duties press and sorrows surge around. May your hearts be kept calm and trusting as you wait upon the Lord, and may you find rest in committing her fully to His care.

We will continue to lift her before the Lord, that the Sun of Righteousness may rise upon her with healing in His wings, and that whether in weakness or in renewed strength she may rejoice in the forgiveness and life that are found in Christ alone. May the Lord comfort you all and keep you in His tender keeping.

We pray this in the precious name of Jesus, our healer and our peace. Amen.
