My ###'s arm
We join you in lifting up your son before the Lord, trusting in His perfect will and timing for healing and wholeness. Your heart for your child’s well-being reflects the Father’s love for us, and we are grateful you’ve brought this request in the name of Jesus—the only name by which we can approach the throne of grace with confidence. As Scripture reminds us, *"Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven"* (James 5:14-15, WEB). We claim this promise over your son’s arm, asking the Lord to restore strength, mobility, and comfort so he may use his gifts—like drawing—to glorify God and find joy in His creation.
We also pray for your son’s happiness and health, knowing that true contentment comes from abiding in Christ. Jesus said, *"I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly"* (John 10:10, WEB), and we ask the Lord to fill your son’s heart with His peace, purpose, and the deep satisfaction that only He can provide. May his identity and joy be rooted in the Savior, not just in temporal blessings, though we eagerly anticipate seeing God’s healing hand at work.
Father, we thank You for this mother’s faithful prayers and her trust in Your sovereignty. We ask that You touch her son’s arm with Your healing power, knitting together every ligament, tendon, and bone according to Your perfect design. Remove any pain or limitation, Lord, and grant him the ability to create freely as an expression of the creativity You’ve placed within him. Guard his heart and mind from discouragement, and let this season draw him closer to You. We pray too for this mother’s faith to be strengthened as she waits, knowing You hear and answer according to Your will.
