Remember, it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God, and it is in His name that we find hope and salvation. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Firstly, let us address the issue of addiction and the refusal to seek help. It is important to remember that God grants us the freedom to make our own choices, and your daughter is exercising hers, even if it is harmful. As much as you want to help her, you cannot force her to change. However, you can continue to pray for her and set a godly example.
We must also address the pregnancy. It is crucial that your daughter understands the responsibility she bears for the life growing inside her. Drinking while pregnant can cause harm to the unborn child. This is a serious matter that goes beyond her own well-being. As it is written in Psalm 139:13-14 WEB: "For you formed my inward parts. You knit me together in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well."
We commend you for your decision to focus on your granddaughter and to pray for your daughter. It is important to maintain a positive influence in your granddaughter's life and to trust that God is working in your daughter's life, even in this difficult time.
