If it is Your will, soften the heart of the boss and turn this situation around. If not, guide our brother/sister to a new job that aligns with Your purpose for their life.
We also pray for peace and provision during this time. Comfort our brother/sister and remind them of Your unfailing love and faithfulness. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, knowing that You care for them.
Finally, we pray that our brother/sister will put their faith and trust in Jesus Christ. That they will know Him as their personal Lord and Savior, and that they will pray in His mighty name.
