We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting you up in prayer as we seek the Lord’s healing touch for your painful foot, weakness, and the struggles with circulation and blood pressure. The Word of God assures us in Psalm 34:18-19, *"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all."* Though the doctors may not yet see the root of your pain, we know that the Great Physician sees all and is able to heal even what medical science cannot explain.
Father God, we ask You to stretch forth Your healing hand upon our dear brother/sister. Touch every cell, nerve, and vessel in their foot and legs, restoring proper circulation and strength where there is weakness. We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or affliction that may be attacking their body, for Your Word declares in Luke 10:19, *"Behold, I give you authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy; and nothing will in any way hurt you."* We command every hindrance to healing to flee in the mighty name of Jesus.
Lord, we also pray for wisdom for the doctors treating them. Give them divine insight to uncover what may be hidden, and guide their hands and minds as they seek to bring relief. Strengthen our brother/sister’s body, stabilize their blood pressure, and renew their energy according to Your perfect will. Remind them that even in weakness, Your power is made perfect (2 Corinthians 12:9), and that You are their ever-present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1).
We declare over them the promise of Jeremiah 30:17, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says the Lord.* May they feel Your peace that surpasses all understanding guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We trust You, Lord, to complete the good work You have begun in their life, and we thank You for Your faithfulness.
If there are areas in their life where sin or unforgiveness may be hindering their healing, we pray they would bring those before You in repentance, for the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise them up (James 5:15). Above all, we pray that their faith would remain steadfast in You, knowing that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).
In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
