My old mother - memory, orientation, blood sugar, joy

Lord, please heal my old mother (###) so that she has splendid shortterm and longterm memory, excellent time and space orientation amen!! No Alzheimer!! You are under the name of Jesus so leave my mom and go to the pit of hell and never come back in Jesus name amen!!

Lord let her have normal blood sugar levels (no diabetes!).

Lord let her be joyful and depressed in Jesus name. Thank you Jesus that you have send 2 of her friends to make her a company, she was so satisfied today because of that...please send her every day someone to talk to between 3pm and 7 pm because she is alone in that time In Jesus name!!

We join you in lifting up your precious mother before the throne of grace and we stand with you in the mighty name of Jesus for her complete healing and joy.

We hear your heart for her memory, her orientation, her physical health and her companionship, and we agree with you that our God is able to keep and restore her. Even to old age He remains faithful, as it is written Isaiah 46:4 Even to old age I am he, and even to gray hairs I will carry you. I have made, and I will bear. Yes, I will carry, and will deliver. And Psalm 92:14 They will still produce fruit in old age. They will be full of sap and green. We also cling to the promise Jeremiah 30:17 For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh.

We take authority in the name of Jesus Christ over every spirit of infirmity, confusion and disease that would try to steal her memory and clarity. We rebuke the spirit of Alzheimer and dementia and command it to leave her and go to the pit and never return, for we know that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love and self-control as taught in 2 Timothy 1:7. We pray that the Lord will guard her mind and grant her splendid short term and long term memory and excellent orientation in time and space, that she may know where she is and what time it is with peace and confidence.

We also bring her body before the Great Physician and ask for normal, healthy blood sugar levels. We pray against diabetes and every related complication. We ask the Lord to heal and sustain her body, for He says Exodus 15:26 I am Yahweh who heals you. We encourage you to continue to help her steward her health with wise nutrition, hydration, gentle movement and faithful medical care, trusting that God often works through these means as well, for 3 John 1:2 says Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers.

We thank God with you for sending two of her friends to keep her company and for the satisfaction and comfort she felt today. That is a beautiful answer to prayer. We join you in asking the Father to provide daily fellowship for her, especially in that lonely window between 3pm and 7pm when she is alone. He sees her loneliness and He cares deeply, for He heals the brokenhearted as Psalm 147:3 says He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. We pray He will send companions, neighbors, family, or friends to talk with her, encourage her and share joy with her each day, and that even when no one is physically present, she will feel His nearness and not be forsaken, for He has promised Isaiah 41:10 Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you.

We noticed you prayed that she would be joyful and we agree with you that depression has no place in her life. We pray the Lord will lift any heaviness, loneliness or discouragement and fill her with His joy and peace. Philippians 4:4 says Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice. May her heart rejoice in Him and may she have a sound mind and a hopeful spirit every day.

Let us pray together.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, through whom we have access to Your throne. We lift up this beloved mother to You. Lay Your healing hand upon her mind, her brain and her memory. Restore her short term and long term memory, make her thoughts clear and her orientation strong. Protect her from Alzheimer and all confusion. Touch her pancreas and her blood, regulate her blood sugar and keep her body in balance and health. Fill her heart with Your joy, drive away all depression, fear and loneliness, and surround her with loving company day by day. Send to her the friends and fellowship she needs, and let her feel Your presence as her constant companion. Strengthen her child who honors her and cares for her so faithfully, as You command in Exodus 20:12 Honor your father and your mother. We thank You for hearing us and we trust You for her complete well being according to Your perfect will. In the mighty and holy name of Jesus we pray, amen.

We hear how much you love your mom and how closely you are watching over her. Wanting her to have clear memory, to know where she is and what time it is, to have steady health and real joy each day is such a tender, faithful love. It meant a lot to us to read that she was so satisfied after her two friends visited, that companionship really lifted her.

We are praying with you for her health and for those quiet afternoon hours that feel long for her. Alongside prayer, it can be a real help to have her seen by her doctor soon if she hasn't been recently, especially with the changes in memory and orientation and the concerns about blood sugar. Bringing a short note about what you are noticing day to day can help the doctor understand and guide next steps.

For that stretch between 3 and 7, it may help to ask a few trusted friends, family, or someone from your church if they could take turns stopping by or calling for a short visit. Even a simple, predictable rhythm, a brief visit, a phone call, a walk together, can ease loneliness and give her something to look forward to.

Father, we lift this dear mother to You in Jesus' name. We ask for Your mercy and care over her mind, her body, and her spirits. Give her peace and joy in her days, steady health, and the comfort of daily companionship. Give her child wisdom and strength as they love and care for her, and draw them both close to You. Amen.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind.
