My collegue in the next classroom is to loud. We have only a thin door between two classrooms. I asked her not to be so.loud but it seems she doesnt care. I cannot concentrate right.

I think you said it when you said she doesn't care. Like 2 Timothy states, people in these days will be {runs down a list of bad personality traits, a giving in to the fallen nature}. I join you in your prayers that God overrides this. I also think besides what 2 Timothy described, what's happened, because population increased, in the past when there were less people there was more one on one contact, and maybe people "cared about" each other more, but now the population is so widespread that they seem to have this attitude that, you're "just a stranger," and not important enough to them to count. It's not a Godly attitude, we're supposed to "love our neighbor as ourselves."
