My neighbour upstairs noisy night

Its past 10 pm. My neighbour just came home and I hear loud music and he is terribly noisy. Walks like a bear, hits with things, it's really disturbing, I can hear his every move...please pray that peace will come upon ### and silence concerning loud music. No loud friends. Thank you

I have the same problem. An idiot for a neighbor who constantly and at all hours drops heavy objects, drags things, bangs loudly. And like CONSTANTLY. Completely disrespectful, selfish and inconsiderate of others. And if you tell those in control of enforcing the rules, they let it go in one ear and out the other, but don't really do anything. And posting it here, other Christians will give a "lecture" about we shouldn't "judge" them, and be more annoyed with us than the sinner, and tell us we shouldn't "notice" those things!! So I can relate to your complaint.
