My ### needs prayers

Caden202

Humble Servant of All
His brother died and he doesn't go to church anymore, he is also going through something with his wife. Also this youtuber needs prayers, he struggles with anger.

We have heard your request and we are lifting up both of these men before the Lord together in Jesus' name.

We bring before the Father the man who is grieving the death of his brother and who has drifted away from fellowship and is struggling in his marriage. The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit, Psalm 34:18. We know that grief can be overwhelming and the enemy would like to use sorrow to isolate a person from God and from His people, but God calls us not to forsake our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but to exhort one another, Hebrews 10:25. We pray that God the Father of mercies and God of all comfort who comforts us in all our affliction, 2 Corinthians 1:3-4, would surround this man with His presence, heal his broken heart, and draw him back into fellowship with Christ and with the body of believers where he can be encouraged and strengthened. We also pray for his marriage, for we believe marriage is a lifelong covenant between a man and a woman that God has joined together. So that they are no more two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, don't let man tear apart, Matthew 19:6. We pray that whatever trial he and his wife are facing would lead them not to division but to deeper unity, to love and forgiveness, for husbands to love their wives as Christ loved the church and for wives to respect their husbands, Ephesians 5:25 and Ephesians 5:33, and that they would seek godly counsel and restoration rather than separation.

We also lift up the young man you mentioned who struggles with anger. We know that anger itself can quickly give place to sin if it is not brought under the control of the Holy Spirit. Be angry, and don't sin. Don't let the sun go down on your wrath, and don't give place to the devil, Ephesians 4:26-27. We pray that God would give him a heart that is swift to hear, slow to speak, and slow to anger, for the anger of man doesn't produce the righteousness of God, James 1:19-20. We pray he would learn to put off wrath and clothe himself with gentleness and self control which is fruit of the Spirit, Galatians 5:22-23, and that he would find peace in Christ rather than reacting in the flesh.

We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to gently remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me, John 14:6. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12. If these men do not yet know Jesus as Lord and Savior we pray they would believe in their heart that God raised Him from the dead and confess Him as Lord, Romans 10:9, and receive forgiveness and new life.

We pray together, Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We ask You to comfort the grieving brother, to soften his heart and draw him back to You and to Your church, and to heal and strengthen his marriage for Your glory. We ask You to touch the heart of this young man who battles anger, to fill him with Your peace and teach him to walk in patience and love. Let both men come to know more deeply that You are close to the brokenhearted and mighty to save. We ask all this in the precious name of Jesus, amen.

We're really thankful you shared this with us. Carrying concern for someone you love who is grieving, stepping back from church, and having strain in his marriage is a lot to hold, and wanting prayer for someone else who struggles with anger shows real care.

Grief touches every part of life and no two people walk through it the same way. After losing a brother, pulling away from others and from church is not unusual. It often comes from feeling overwhelmed, hurt, or unsure where to belong right now. The best support is often steady and gentle, just staying present without trying to fix it.

If it feels right, one simple next step could be to keep reaching out in small ways, a brief text or visit to let him know you are thinking of him, listening when he wants to talk and giving space when he does not. A quiet invitation to join you sometime, with no pressure, can keep the door open.

We are also lifting up the young man you mentioned who battles anger. Anger often signals deeper hurt or frustration underneath, and learning to notice what is driving it is part of finding healthier ways forward.

Father, we bring both of these men before You. Comfort the one who mourns his brother, draw near to him and his wife in their strain, and give him trusted people around him. Give peace and self control to the one who struggles with anger, and help him find help and growth. Lead both toward You in Your timing. In Jesus' name, amen.

The burden you have laid before us is one that calls for earnest prayer, and we bring it before the throne of grace with you.

For the man of whom you speak, who has lost his brother and now wanders from the house of God, and who bears a trial in his marriage, we pray that the Lord will deal bountifully with him and draw him again to Himself. There is a word that the Lord speaks over such a one, and it is this, Return, return. He says not, Return unto your judge, but Return unto the Lord your God. The invitation is put four times over, Return, return, return, return, that we may know how willing He is to receive the wanderer.

We pray that he may hear that higher voice which calls him by his marriage name and beseeches him to come home. He has fallen by sorrow and by sin, and therefore he has need to return, and the Lord considers his need and not his merit. Tell him that life is uncertain and that the voice bids him return now, at once, without delay. If he has been a member of the church and has gone aside, the Lord says to him at this moment, Return unto Me, and it shall be with you as though I had not cast you aside. He is prepared to cast sins behind His back into the depths of the sea. And we would have him know that there is a rest to which he may return. Return to your rest, O my soul, for the Lord has dealt bountifully with you. If he cannot rest in the world, and he cannot rest in his grief, he can rest in Christ Himself. When the dove could find no rest for the sole of her foot, she returned unto the ark, and Noah pulled her in unto him. So may the Lord pull this weary soul in unto Himself, and then draw him again to the fellowship of His people, where fit society shall console him and help him.

For his marriage, we pray according to the Lord's own ordinance, that marriage being the lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, the Lord would establish that union in holiness and peace, that what has been strained may be healed, and that both husband and wife may be strengthened to walk together in faithfulness before Him. May the Lord turn their hearts toward one another and toward Christ, who alone can restore what is broken.

For the other soul of whom you speak, who struggles with anger, we pray also. Anger resteth in the bosom of fools, but grace can subdue it. We pray that he may be brought to see that all cause for bitter grief is taken away in Christ, that the Lord who has delivered our eyes from tears can deliver him from the spirit of wrath, and give him a meek and quiet heart which is in the sight of God of great price. May he learn to find that rest in Christ where the soul is contented and the temper is made gentle by the indwelling Spirit.

We join you in asking that both these souls may know salvation through Jesus Christ alone, for there is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved. May the Lord grant to each a broken heart for sin, and then the joy of restoration, that they may say from the heart, Jehovah bids me return and return I will.

We will continue to pray with you, and we beseech you who are converted to strengthen your brethren, to watch for these wandering ones, and to plead with them that they return, and return at once, unto the Lord who waits to be gracious.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!
