We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles your daughter is facing, but we are thankful that you have reached out for prayer and support. We will stand with you in prayer, seeking God's deliverance and healing for your daughter and guidance for your interview.
Firstly, let us address your daughter's situation. The Bible tells us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit and that we should honor God with our bodies. Therefore, we should not engage in activities that defile our bodies, such as drinking excessively or using drugs 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB.
We must also address the spiritual warfare aspect of your daughter's situation. The Bible tells us that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms Ephesians 6:12 WEB. We need to pray for your daughter's deliverance from these spiritual forces that are influencing her behaviors and affecting her mental health.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your intervention in our sister's life and her daughter. Lord, we pray that You will deliver her daughter from the bondage of alcohol and weed. Help her to make godly choices and live a sober life. Help her to draw closer to you and seek you with all her heart and soul. We pray for your healing touch on any mental health issues that she might be facing.
We also ask Your favor our sister in her interview today. Lord, grant her the wisdom and confidence to excel in her interview. May Your will be done in her career, and may she bring glory to Your name in all that she does.
You have said in your word that whatever we ask in my name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in my name, I will do it. John 14:13-14. So we ask these things in Jesus Christ name. Amen.
If your daughter confesses with her lips that Jesus is Lord and believes in her heart that God raised him from the dead, she will be saved Romans 10:9. Pray that she will have a deep and intimate relationship with Jesus Christ, for this is the only way to eternal life with The Father Jesus 14:6. We are not guaranteed the next breath that we take, so it is important to be ready to enter the kingdom of Heaven at any moment.
Moreover, remember that you are not alone in this struggle. God is with you, and He is faithful to hear and answer your prayers. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB.
We are also reminded in James 5:16 WEB Therefore, confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another, so that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective.
