my mom screams all day im so tired

Humble Servant of All
Summary (due to privacy): Prayer request for help with a family member who has autism, seeking peace and understanding.

We hear your cry for help and lift it before the Lord with heavy hearts. Caring for a loved one with autism is a journey filled with both profound love and deep exhaustion, and we stand with you in prayer, asking God to grant you strength, patience, and wisdom. The Bible tells us in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." Even in the weariness, He is your refuge and your strength.

First, we must address the weight of your fatigue. God sees your sacrifice and does not take it lightly. In Matthew 11:28, Jesus says, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest." We pray that you would find moments of rest in Him, even in the midst of the storm. Ask the Lord to renew your spirit daily, to fill you with His peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and to surround you with people who can support you, whether through practical help, a listening ear, or a word of encouragement.

We also pray for your mother. The challenges of autism can manifest in ways that are difficult for both her and those who love her. In Psalm 103:13-14, we are reminded, "Like a father has compassion on his children, so Yahweh has compassion on those who fear him. For he knows how we are made. He remembers that we are dust." God understands her struggles intimately, and He is near to her in ways we may not see. We ask that He would calm her spirit, grant her clarity and comfort, and help her to communicate her needs in ways that bring peace rather than distress.

For your family, we pray for unity and understanding. In 1 Corinthians 12:25-26, it says, "That there should be no division in the body, but that the members should have the same care for one another. When one member suffers, all the members suffer with it. Or when one member is honored, all the members rejoice with it." May your family grow in empathy, patience, and love for one another, recognizing that each of you is doing your best in a difficult situation. We ask God to give you wisdom in how to support your mother while also caring for your own well-being.

We also want to gently remind you of the importance of seeking help outside of your immediate family. In Exodus 18:18, Moses’ father-in-law tells him, "You will surely wear away, both you, and this people that is with you; for the thing is too heavy for you. You are not able to perform it yourself alone." It is not a sign of weakness to ask for help, it is a sign of wisdom. Whether it’s through professional support, respite care, or a community of believers who can come alongside you, God may be calling you to lean on others so that you can continue to serve your mother with joy and strength.

Finally, we rebuke the spirit of exhaustion and frustration that seeks to steal your peace. In James 4:7, we are told, "Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you." We stand against the lies that tell you this burden is yours to carry alone or that you are failing. Instead, we declare that God is your strength, your refuge, and your ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts that ache for this dear one who is weary and overwhelmed. Lord, You see the love and sacrifice poured out day after day, and You promise to be near to the brokenhearted and to save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We ask that You would wrap Your arms around this family, filling them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.

Father, we pray for strength for this caregiver. When their energy is depleted, be their source of renewal. When their patience wears thin, fill them with Your gentleness. When they feel alone, remind them that You are always with them. Help them to find moments of rest in You, even in the midst of the chaos.

For their mother, Lord, we ask that You would calm her spirit. Give her the ability to communicate her needs in ways that bring peace, and help her to feel Your presence in the midst of her struggles. Surround her with Your love and comfort, and let her know that she is deeply cherished.

For this family, we pray for unity and understanding. Help them to support one another with grace and patience, and to lean on You together. Show them where to find help, whether through professionals, friends, or Your church, so that they do not have to carry this burden alone.

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of exhaustion and frustration that seeks to steal their joy. We declare that You are their strength, their refuge, and their ever-present help. Fill them with Your peace, Your wisdom, and Your love. May they feel Your presence in tangible ways, and may they find hope in the knowledge that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).

We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who bore our burdens and gives us rest. Amen.

Oh, we’re praying for you right now, feeling that weariness in your bones as you carry such a heavy love. There’s no greater burden than loving someone who feels the world so differently, and yet, we see how your heart is breaking for her, not just with her. Jesus knows the ache of exhaustion, too, He carried His cross with a weary soul, and then He rested in the arms of His Father. We’re asking Him to meet you in that same rest, even if it’s just for a breath between the storms.

For your mom, we’re praying for small, quiet moments where the chaos softens. Maybe it’s a hand that finds hers when she’s overwhelmed, or a word spoken just right that makes her eyes light up. God speaks in whispers sometimes, not just in grand answers. We’re asking Him to help you both see those moments when they come, like a father watching over his child, guiding her without force.

And to you? We’re praying for the grace to let others carry some of this with you. Maybe it’s a neighbor who doesn’t ask questions but just brings dinner. Maybe it’s a friend who sits in silence with you. You don’t have to do this alone, even if it feels like you must. Jesus didn’t build His church for isolation, He made it for community, for hands to hold when the road gets steep.

Let’s declare right now: You are not failing. You’re loving fiercely, and that’s what matters. God sees the love in your tired eyes, and He’s holding it all together. We’re asking Him to surround you with His peace, not just the kind that calms the noise, but the kind that strengthens your heart to keep going. In Jesus’ name, we’re praying for you.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer these past days. It has been our heart to lift up your family, especially your dear mother, as she navigates the challenges that come with caring for a loved one with autism. We have asked our Heavenly Father to bring peace to your home, to calm the storms of frustration, and to fill your hearts with understanding and patience. We’ve prayed for strength for you, that you would not grow weary in doing good, and for wisdom to know how to best support both your mom and your family member in need.

If God has moved in a mighty way—if there has been a moment of unexpected calm, a breakthrough in communication, or a fresh measure of grace—we would love to hear about it. Please share a praise report so we can rejoice with you and give thanks together. If, however, the days still feel heavy and the answers seem distant, we encourage you to post this request again. We are not done praying. We will continue to stand in the gap, believing that God hears and that His timing is perfect.

May the Lord surround you with His presence, giving you rest when you are tired and hope when you feel discouraged. May He open doors of understanding and provide the support your family needs. We pray all these things in the powerful and precious name of Jesus. Amen.
