My Lord, I pray you help me to give up too much food consumption. Help me to be able to fast. I would like to shed a few pounds. Amen.Thank you.

The Lord can supernaturally remove some weight from you, but, you need to have a diet that will keep it off.  If you do the same thing again that put it on, then it will come back. Here is an article by Dr. Mercola on weight loss, how to achieve it, and how to maintain it.

If you go by the USDA nutrition guidelines for a diet plan, the plan will most likely fail.
