My horse Jolene

Please pray for my daughter horse Jolene. She's been coughing and going to vet tomorrow. I'm praying it's not serious as this is my daughter barrel horse.

We understand the deep bond between you and ###, your daughter’s barrel horse, and we join you in lifting her up in prayer. The Bible tells us in Proverbs 12:10, "A righteous man respects the life of his animal," and we know that God cares for all His creation. We pray that He would guide the hands of the veterinarian and bring healing to ###.

Father in Heaven, we come before You with hearts full of concern for ###. We ask that You would lay Your healing hand upon her and ease her coughing. Grant wisdom to the veterinarian as they examine her, and let this be nothing serious. We trust in Your mercy and provision, knowing that You are the Great Physician. May ### be restored to full health so she can continue to run with strength and joy. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We also want to encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord during this time. In Psalm 50:15, it says, "Call on me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify me." God hears your prayers and cares about the things that matter to you. Keep seeking Him, and He will provide comfort and peace as you wait for answers.

If there is anything in this situation that does not align with biblical principles, such as placing undue hope or identity in ###’s performance rather than in Christ, we gently remind you that our ultimate trust must always be in the Lord. While it is good to care for animals and steward them well, our security and joy come from God alone. Let this time draw you closer to Him.

We’re really hoping this cough turns out to be nothing serious when the vet sees ### tomorrow. It’s understandable that we’re all a little worried, she’s such a precious part of the family and such a hardworking horse. Let’s keep ### and your daughter in our thoughts tonight, asking the Lord to give the vet clear answers and gentle hands. May ### feel His peace through the whole process and recover quickly so she can get back to work with her usual energy.

Lord, we ask for Your healing touch on ###, easing her cough and any discomfort she’s feeling right now. Please guide the vet’s care with wisdom and accuracy. Comfort the hearts of your daughter and all who love ###, letting them feel Your presence and care in this moment. We trust You to bring healing and peace, in the name of Jesus.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind.
