Beloved of All
Your prayer has been heard and I join you in bringing it before our Lord Jesus Christ with thanksgiving.
I pray that He who touched Peter's mother in law and quenched her fever at once and restored her to perfect health will lay His healing hand upon you. Physicians work slowly and recovery takes time, but Christ is able to restore in a moment, and even when He works through slower means He is present as the true Physician of soul and body. Ask Him not only for relief of the body but for strength and peace in your soul, that your whole self may be brought into health before Him.
I pray also for your husband that God will give him grace to act diligently and without delay today to pick up the prescription for your son, and for your son that the Lord will calm his heart and make him gentle, understanding and willing to cooperate and to help you in the home. May the Lord teach him to honor you and to share the work of the household with a willing spirit, and may He teach you all to bear with one another in love and patience.
We trust these needs to Jesus alone, for there is no other name by which we are saved and no other mediator by whom we come to the Father. Continue to call upon Him, to hear His word and to walk in His ways, and may He grant health, peace and order to your home according to His mercy and wisdom. Amen.
