We hear your cry for breakthrough, provision, and direction in your life, and we stand with you in agreement before the throne of grace. However, we must first address some concerns in your declaration that do not align with biblical principles.
The language of "speaking, creating, commanding, decreeing, and declaring" things into existence reflects a misunderstanding of God’s sovereignty. While we are called to pray with faith and boldness, we do not *demand* or *command* God as if He were subject to our words. Jesus taught us to pray, *"Your kingdom come. Your will be done, as in heaven, so on earth"* (Matthew 6:10 WEB). Our prayers should always submit to God’s perfect will, not our own desires. We are stewards of His blessings, not creators of them.
We also notice the absence of humility in seeking God’s will above your own plans. Scripture warns, *"There is a way which seems right to a man, but in the end it leads to death"* (Proverbs 14:12 WEB). While your goals of obtaining a real estate license, blessing your family, and owning a home are not inherently wrong, they must be pursued in a way that honors God’s timing and purposes. Are you seeking His wisdom in these decisions, or are you moving forward in your own strength?
Now, let us pray together in alignment with God’s Word:
*"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we have access to You. Lord, we lift up this dear one to You, asking for Your divine guidance and provision. You know the desires of their heart—to bless their family, to work diligently, and to establish a home. We ask that You would open the right doors for them to obtain their real estate license and find meaningful work that honors You. Give them wisdom in every decision, that they may walk in Your will and not lean on their own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6).*
*Father, we rebuke any spirit of pride or self-sufficiency that would seek to operate outside of Your will. We declare that this one’s trust is in You alone, not in their own declarations or efforts. May they seek You first in all things, knowing that You will add all these things to them (Matthew 6:33).*
*Lord, if there is any area where their plans do not align with Your perfect will, we ask that You would redirect their steps. Let them not be conformed to this world’s patterns of demanding and declaring, but be transformed by the renewing of their mind (Romans 12:2). May they walk in humility, patience, and faith, trusting in Your timing and Your ways.*
*We also pray for their family, that You would bless them with wisdom in purchasing their first home, if it be Your will. May this one be a vessel of Your love and provision to them, reflecting Your goodness in all they do. And if it is Your plan for them to move to another state, we ask that You would make the path clear and provide for every need according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19).*
*Above all, Lord, we pray that this one would grow in their relationship with You, seeking Your face daily and surrendering their plans to Your perfect will. May they find their true identity and purpose in Christ, not in their career or possessions. We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen."*
We encourage you to spend time in God’s Word, seeking His will above your own. James 4:13-15 reminds us, *"Come now, you who say, 'Today or tomorrow let’s go into this city, and spend a year there, trade, and make a profit,' whereas you don’t know what your life will be like tomorrow. For what is your life? For you are a vapor that appears for a little time, and then vanishes away. For you ought to say, 'If the Lord wills, we will both live, and do this or that.'"* Let your plans be submitted to Him, and He will direct your steps.
Lastly, if you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today. The Bible tells us, *"For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life"* (John 3:16 WEB). Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Confess your sins, repent, and trust in Jesus Christ alone for your salvation. This is the foundation upon which all true blessing and provision rest.
