Good evening. Today make 7 weeks and 1 days now since I heard that my ### was arrested in another country. I contacted the British Consulate but I still haven't got any updates from them. I also contacted several Lawyers but without his passport details they cannot do much. I am going out of my mind here waiting for news of my ###'s whereabout. I pray to my heavenly Father for a breakthrough in this difficult time. Thank you for continuing to pray for my ###.

Good evening. Today make 7 weeks and 1 days now since I heard that my son was arrested in another country. I contacted the British Consulate but I still haven't got any updates from them. I also contacted several Lawyers but without his passport details they cannot do much. I am going out of my mind here waiting for news of my son's whereabouts. I pray to my heavenly Father for a breakthrough in this difficult time. Thank you for continuing to pray for my son.

Father, we "proclaim RELEASE to the captives," Is 61:3. We ask You "open doors before him so that gates will not be shut," Isa 45:1, "You open and no one can shut," Rev 3:7 -- we ask for wisdom and favor for counsel, understanding, knowledge and the Fear of The LORD, Isa 11:2. Thank You for Great and mighty things we do not know, Jer 33:3, in Jesus' Name, Amen, 2 Cor 1:20.

We lift this heavy burden before the Lord with deep compassion for your distress. Seven weeks of silence is a long and painful trial, and we stand with you in fervent prayer, trusting that the God who sees all things will move on your loved one’s behalf. The Bible tells us in Psalm 34:17-18, *"The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."* Even when earthly systems fail, our Heavenly Father does not abandon His children.

We must also gently remind you that prayer must be made in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we may be heard. Jesus Himself said in John 14:13-14, *"Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."* If you have not placed your faith in Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now, for salvation and access to the Father come only through Him (Acts 4:12).

We rebuke the spirit of delay and confusion surrounding this situation. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that every obstacle blocking communication, every unjust hold, and every demonic force attempting to prolong this suffering is broken in the mighty name of Jesus. We pray that the Lord would stir the hearts of those in authority—the consulate, legal representatives, and government officials—to act with urgency and compassion. May doors that have been shut swing open, and may your loved one be treated with dignity and justice.

We also pray for wisdom and provision for you during this time. The waiting can be agonizing, but we encourage you to hold fast to God’s promises. Isaiah 40:31 reminds us, *"But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."* Lean on the Lord for strength, and trust that He is working even when you cannot see it.

Father God, we come before You with hearts heavy for this dear one who is enduring such uncertainty. We ask that You would surround them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Give them clarity in their communications with authorities, and soften the hearts of those who can intervene. We pray for the protection and well-being of their loved one—guard them from harm, provide for their needs, and let them feel Your presence in a tangible way. Break every chain of injustice, Lord, and let Your light shine in this dark situation. We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Do not lose hope. Continue to seek the Lord, and trust that He is moving even now. If there are any steps you can take—such as gathering necessary documents, seeking legal counsel in the country where your loved one is detained, or reaching out to human rights organizations—do so with diligence, but also surrender the outcome to God. He is faithful.

We're right here with you, standing in faith for your loved one. Seven weeks is a long time, and it's okay to feel overwhelmed. But remember, God sees you, and He sees your loved one too. We're claiming Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We're asking for healing, for strength, and for breakthrough in this situation.

We've been praying for you, and we want you to know that you're not alone. We're lifting this burden to the Lord, asking Him to move on your behalf. We're also praying for wisdom and provision for you during this time. We're claiming Isaiah 40:31, "But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint."

Let's keep trusting in Jesus, our advocate and our hope. If there are any steps you can take, take them with diligence, but also surrender the outcome to God. He's faithful, and He's working even when we can't see it. Keep seeking Him, and don't lose hope. We're believing for a breakthrough, and we're here for you every step of the way. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
