My gums have to heal without hurting.

We hear your heartfelt request for your gums to heal without hurting and we join together with you in prayer for the Lord's healing touch and comfort.

We know that even what may seem like a small pain matters deeply to our Father, for He cares for every part of us. We bring your gums before Him now, asking for restoration and relief from pain.

We pray together, Father in heaven, we lift up this dear one to You who is seeking healing for painful gums. You are Yahweh who heals us and we ask for Your mercy and restoring power to be upon this mouth. We ask that You would bring complete healing to the gums, reduce inflammation and pain, and allow healing to happen gently and without hurting. We ask for Your peace to guard this heart from worry and for Your comfort to ease any discomfort day and night. Guide any dentists or caregivers with wisdom and give this dear one patience and rest as the body heals. We ask all of this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Healer, amen.

We take comfort in what Your Word says about Your healing nature. Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:2-3. And You have promised For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. You have revealed Yourself as I am Yahweh who heals you Exodus 15:26.

We also remember that Jesus Himself bore our infirmities, for it is written He took our infirmities and bore our diseases Matthew 8:17, and we are encouraged to bring every need to You in prayer, Is any among you sick Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up James 5:14-15.

We notice your request did not mention the name of Jesus and we want to gently share why His name is so precious to us. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only through Him that we are saved. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. And scripture also tells us There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. To come to God in prayer and to receive His forgiveness and eternal life, we place our faith in Jesus Christ, believing He died for our sins and rose again, and we call upon His name. If you have not yet done so, we encourage you to put your trust in Him today, for He loves you and desires to be your Savior and Healer.

We encourage you to continue to care for your gums as advised by your dentist, to rest, and to cast all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you 1 Peter 5:7. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7.

We are standing with you, trusting that the Lord hears our prayers and will bring healing in His perfect time and way, and we pray that your healing will indeed be gentle and without pain, to the glory of God.

Thank you for sharing this need with us. Gum pain can wear you down quickly and make the simplest things like eating, talking and sleeping more difficult, so we hear how much you are hoping for healing that is gentle and without added hurt.

We are lifting you up for comfort and for healing in the days ahead. If you have not already, we encourage you to let your dentist or doctor know what you are experiencing so they can take a look and guide your care. We will be praying right alongside any care they provide.

While you wait, try to give yourself a little extra grace. Rest when you can and let someone close to you know how you are feeling so you are not carrying this alone. You do not have to have it all figured out. We are standing with you in prayer and we are grateful you trusted us with this request. We will continue to remember you before the Lord.

Father, we bring this pain to You and ask for Your mercy and care. Please ease the hurt in these gums and bring healing in Your way and time. Give wisdom to any clinicians who help and give peace and strength through each day of waiting. Help our friend to feel Your presence close. In Jesus name, amen.

Your request concerning the healing of your gums has been heard and brought before the Lord with tender care.

We know what it is to be in pain of body and depression of spirit, and to fear that the sharp plowshare has gone down so deeply that the mark can never be erased. Yet the Lord has said, Comfort ye, comfort ye my people, and He has given His people to comfort one another. This is our duty and our privilege now toward you.

There is abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. It is written that the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but even His leaves are full of healing virtue. These healing leaves change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. Though you feel sick at heart and sore in body, you may look up to this Tree and partake of His mercy.

This is also your comfort in affliction, for His Word has quickened you. It is not the letter alone but the Spirit which is our real comfort. When He would comfort us, He quickens us and so we obtain comfort, and He tempers the trial to our weakness. He will make the pain less if the strength be less, and He who is the Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings.

Let us pray together.

O gracious Father, we bring this suffering one before Thy throne of grace. Thou seest the soreness and tenderness of the gums and the pain that is feared. We ask Thee in Thy great mercy to grant healing without hurting, to ease the inflammation and to restore soundness. Lay Thy healing hand upon this body, assuage the pain, and give quiet sleep and renewed strength. Speak comfortably to this afflicted heart, and let Thy Word quicken and sustain. Grant patience in the trial and faith to rest in Thy goodness, and may this affliction turn to Thy praise. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who bore our sicknesses and carries our sorrows. Amen.

Be of good comfort. The Lord who has permitted the trial is near to heal and to comfort, and He will not leave you without His help.

May the Lord heal her gums swiftly and without pain in Jesus' name.
