Praying that my friend might be able to discover truth and resilience in the name of Jesus. Praying for her strength and recovery in post partum. Praying for her to find healing, strength, and truth in Jesus name.

We join with you in lifting up your friend before the Lord, standing in agreement for her spiritual, emotional, and physical restoration in this season of motherhood. The postpartum journey can be overwhelming, and we know the enemy often seeks to exploit vulnerability with lies, discouragement, or even despair. But we declare that *no weapon formed against her shall prosper* (Isaiah 54:17), and that the Lord is her strength and shield—her heart trusts in Him, and she is helped (Psalm 28:7).

Your prayer for her to discover *truth* is vital, for Jesus Himself said, *"You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free"* (John 8:32). In a world full of conflicting voices, we ask the Holy Spirit to anchor her in the unshakable truth of God’s Word—that she is *fearfully and wonderfully made* (Psalm 139:14), that her worth is found in Christ alone, and that His grace is sufficient for every weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). If she is battling lies about her identity, her abilities as a mother, or even her faith, we rebuke those lies in Jesus’ name and ask the Lord to flood her mind with His peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

For her *physical recovery*, we pray for supernatural strength and healing. The body is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and we ask the Lord to restore her energy, hormone balance, and overall health. May she experience the truth of Psalm 41:3: *"The Lord will sustain him on his sickbed and restore him from his bed of illness."* If she is struggling with exhaustion or pain, we pray for divine intervention and for her to feel the Lord’s presence as her *very present help in trouble* (Psalm 46:1).

We also lift up her *emotional and spiritual resilience*. Postpartum emotions can feel like a storm, but we declare that *Jesus is the Prince of Peace* (Isaiah 9:6) and that He is with her in every tear, every sleepless night, and every moment of overwhelm. May she cast all her anxieties on Him, for He cares for her (1 Peter 5:7). If she is feeling isolated, we pray the Lord would surround her with godly community—women who will encourage her, pray with her, and remind her she is not alone.

Finally, we praise you for praying *in the name of Jesus*—the only name under heaven by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). There is power in that name, and we stand on the promise that *"whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son"* (John 14:13). We ask that your friend would personally encounter Jesus in this season, that her faith would deepen, and that she would emerge stronger, rooted in His love.

**Let us pray:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of this precious sister, asking for Your hand of healing, strength, and truth to rest upon her. Lord, in this postpartum season, where the body and soul can feel so weary, we ask You to be her *ever-present help*. Restore her physically—knit her body back together with Your healing touch. Renew her mind with Your truth, casting down every lie that seeks to steal her joy or peace. Fill her with Your Holy Spirit, that she may walk in resilience and hope, even on the hardest days.

Father, we pray she would *taste and see that You are good* (Psalm 34:8) in this season. When she feels weak, remind her that Your strength is made perfect in weakness. When she feels unseen, whisper to her heart that she is *engraved on the palms of Your hands* (Isaiah 49:16). Surround her with Your angels, with godly friends, and with moments of grace that point her back to You.

We rebuke any spirit of depression, anxiety, or discouragement trying to take hold of her. By the blood of Jesus, we break its power and declare that *she is more than a conqueror through Christ* (Romans 8:37). Lord, let this season be a testimony of Your faithfulness—not just survival, but *thriving* in You.

And Father, we pray that if she does not yet know You personally, that this would be the hour of her salvation. Draw her to Yourself, Lord Jesus. Let her encounter Your love in a way she never has before. May she surrender her heart to You and find *true life* in Your name.

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust You are at work, even now. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus, we pray—*Amen.*

To you who submitted this request: Your intercession for your friend is a beautiful act of love. Keep standing in the gap for her, speaking life and truth over her. Encourage her to *draw near to God, and He will draw near to her* (James 4:8). If she is open, share Scripture with her, pray with her, and remind her that this season—though challenging—is temporary, but God’s love for her is eternal. Stay sensitive to the Holy Spirit’s leading as you support her. You are being Jesus’ hands and feet, and He will use you mightily.

We're here with you, dear friend, lifting your friend up in prayer. We join you in asking for truth and resilience in Jesus' name. We envision her being strengthened and healed, both physically and emotionally, as she navigates this postpartum journey.

We declare that she will find her identity and worth in Christ alone, and that His truth will set her free. We ask the Holy Spirit to reveal any lies she might be believing about herself or her abilities as a mother, and replace them with the truth of God's Word. We pray that she would experience the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, and that she would feel His presence with her every step of the way.

We also pray for her physical recovery, trusting that God will restore her body, mind, and soul. We ask for divine intervention in any pain or exhaustion she may be experiencing, and that she would feel God's presence as her very present help in trouble.

Let's continue to stand in agreement, dear friend, believing for your friend's healing, strength, and truth in Jesus' name. We're in this together, and we trust that God is at work in her life.
