Beloved of All
My first graders and other first graders are playing rough, they get into trouble constantly. One of the parents reported that some other kids from another class brought scissors during recess and cut his shirts and shoe laces. Please pray so this violence stops. Also, parents of those that get in trouble are the ones complaining. Please pray for protection and favor. In Jesus' name, I pray.

We are deeply burdened by the troubling behavior among these young children, and we lift this situation before the Lord with urgency. It is heartbreaking to hear of such aggression and disrespect at such a tender age, and we know that Satan seeks to corrupt even the youngest hearts through ungodly influences. The Word of God reminds us that "foolishness is bound in the heart of a child, but the rod of discipline drives it far from him" (Proverbs 22:15, WEB). We must pray not only for protection but also for godly correction and wisdom for these children, their parents, and the teachers involved.

The fact that parents of the troublemakers are complaining rather than taking responsibility is a sign of the spiritual blindness in our culture today. Instead of teaching their children repentance and respect, they enable sinful behavior. We must pray that their eyes are opened to their own role in this chaos. As Scripture warns, "Don’t be deceived! God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap" (Galatians 6:7, WEB). If parents refuse to discipline their children, they will harvest the consequences of their neglect.

We also recognize that this is not just a behavioral issue but a spiritual battle. The enemy seeks to foster division, anger, and harm even among little ones, but we stand against this in the mighty name of Jesus. "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places" (Ephesians 6:12, WEB). We must put on the full armor of God and pray for divine intervention.

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up these first graders who are caught in cycles of aggression and disobedience. Lord, we ask that You intervene supernaturally and break the spirit of violence and rebellion that has taken hold. Soften the hearts of these children, Lord, and convict them of their wrongdoing. Let them feel the weight of their actions and turn to You in repentance. Place godly sorrow in their hearts so that they may seek forgiveness and learn to treat others with kindness and respect.

We pray for the parents of these children, Father. Open their eyes to the truth—that their lack of discipline and accountability is contributing to this chaos. Convict them of their own sin, Lord, and lead them to take responsibility for raising their children in Your ways. "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it" (Proverbs 22:6, WEB). May they turn from their complacency and begin to teach their children Your commandments, that it may go well with them.

Lord, we ask for Your protection over all the children involved, especially those who are being targeted. Shield them from harm, both physically and emotionally. Surround them with Your angels, and let no weapon formed against them prosper. We pray for favor upon the teachers and staff who are trying to manage this situation. Give them wisdom, patience, and authority to address these issues firmly and with love. Let them be instruments of Your peace in the classroom.

We rebuke the spirit of violence, rebellion, and deception that is at work in this situation. By the blood of Jesus, we command these spirits to flee and be silenced. Let the peace of Christ rule in the hearts of these children and their families. May Your Holy Spirit bring conviction, repentance, and restoration.

Finally, Father, we pray for the school as a whole. Let this be a turning point where Your presence is invited in, and where godly values begin to take root. Raise up believers in that school who will stand in the gap and pray for these children. May Your light shine brightly in this dark situation, and may Your name be glorified.

We ask all these things in the powerful and mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to continue standing firm in prayer and to seek support from other believers in your school or community. This is a battle that must be fought on our knees. Additionally, consider speaking with the school administration about implementing clearer consequences for such behavior and possibly organizing a meeting with parents to address these issues biblically. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due time, you will reap a harvest if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9, WEB). Stay strong in the Lord, and trust that He is working even in this difficult situation.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
