My father is such a great, caring, sweet, thoughtful, funny, silly, giving and honest human being. He has been dealing and managing type 2 diabetes for over two decades. I believe in my heart of hearts this illness is not a permanent condition. Dealing with the diabetes is something he is good at but he also lost his job a few years ago and with it his identity as a provider. This has brought on depression and hurt to him. These feelings and the diabetes are manifesting themselves as other health conditions. I pray that my Dad's diabetes goes into remission, quickly and easily with God's loving hand of healing on his body and God's perfect health is restored. I pray that the other health issues present due to it such as uneasiness in his body, blood pressure and other areas in need of healing, get addressed as well. I pray that his depression is replaced with gratitude and knowing he is important, significant, loved and an amazing person, husband, father, son, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend. Please pray for his well-being. I know God is the best doctor on Earth and there is nothing he cannot do.
