My debtor not paying my money for three years now

We hear your burden and we join with you before the Lord concerning this debt that has gone unpaid for three years and has left you feeling handicapped financially. To carry such a weight for so long is wearying, and we bring your need for mercy and justice together to our Father in Jesus name.
The Word shows us that God cares deeply about how we handle money and debts. The wicked borrow, and don’t pay back, but the righteous give generously Psalm 37:21. Also it is written Owe no one anything, except to love one another Romans 13:8. Your debtor’s failure to repay is not right in God’s sight, and the Lord sees your situation fully. We encourage you not to let this trial root bitterness in your heart. See to it that no one fails to obtain the grace of God, that no root of bitterness springing up troubles you Hebrews 12:15. We are called to forgive as we have been forgiven, Forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors Matthew 6:12, which does not mean the debt is not real or that you should not seek what is owed, but that you release vengeance to God, for it is written Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19.
In a practical way we encourage you to continue to pursue what is owed in a spirit of grace and truth. Go to your debtor again in love and with clear communication, with witnesses or godly counsel if needed, as Matthew 18:15 teaches about going to a brother privately. Keep a clear record, seek wise and peaceful mediation, and if necessary seek lawful means, all while letting your conduct remain above reproach and full of integrity. At the same time we encourage you not to put your hope in man to be your provider, but in God. Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God Philippians 4:6. And we cling to the promise that our God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19. Seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness and all these things will be given to you as well Matthew 6:33.
We also want to gently address that your request speaks of seeking the Lord’s mercy but does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If you have not already, we encourage you to confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, for with the heart one believes resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation Romans 10:9-10. It is through Jesus shed blood on Calvary that we can boldly bring every financial need and every hurt to God.

Lord have mercy and let Your justice and Your provision be seen. Soften the heart of the debtor to do what is right and to repay what is owed, and convict where there has been unwillingness or neglect. Give our brother or sister wisdom in how to approach this matter, with words seasoned with grace yet firm in truth, and open a door for honest communication and for repayment. Guard their heart from anxiety, anger and bitterness, and fill them with Your peace which surpasses all understanding. Provide for every need, open new opportunities, and restore what has been lost in Your perfect way. Help them to forgive as You have forgiven us, and to trust You as Jehovah Jireh, our Provider. We ask that You would be glorified in the resolution of this matter and that faith would be strengthened through it. We ask all this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.

Your sorrow under this heavy burden for three years has been heard and carried to the mercy seat. It is a painful thing to be handicapped by the unfaithfulness of another, and to feel the pinch of want while that which is justly yours is withheld. The Lord knows your need and sees the debt that is owed to you.
Scripture reminds us that we are all by nature plunged in debt before God, owing Him a debt of obedience which we have not rendered and a debt of penalty which we have incurred, a debt that is already past all reckoning and increasing every day unless removed by a power higher than our own. Yet for the believer the joyful truth is that Christ has paid the debt His people owed, so that we do not owe God's justice a solitary farthing. There is no debt left against a believer, not one single pennyworth remains upon the score, for Jesus has made such a propitiation that God can be just and yet forgive all this debt. Remembering how much has been forgiven us, and how we remain every day bankrupt debtors to measureless mercy, will keep our hearts tender even while we seek what is just.
At the same time, the word teaches that if a man is in debt and cannot pay, the fact that he is unable to pay does not exonerate him from the duty of paying. He is still in debt, and honesty requires that he acknowledge the claim of his creditor. Sin, like debt, causes uneasiness in a man if there is a spark of honesty about him, and we may pray that the Lord will work such honesty in the heart of your debtor, that he may acknowledge what is due and, as God enables him, make restitution.
You do well to seek the Lord's mercy rather than to give way to bitterness. Wonder not if recovery should be slow, and as you grow a little stronger, and a little stronger, acknowledge in each increase of strength that the Lord has a new claim upon your affection. He who has discharged your infinite debt in Christ will not forsake you in this temporal strait. Cast your care upon Him who provides for His children, and ask Him to give you wisdom to deal faithfully and gently, using lawful and peaceable means as may be fitting, while leaving vengeance in His hands. The law of old taught Israel not to exact harshly but to show mercy, and we who have received perfect forgiveness are called to a spirit of forbearance, even as we do not excuse dishonesty.
Let us pray together. O gracious Father, Thou seest Thy servant pressed by need through money long withheld. Thou art merciful and just, and Thy Son has paid the great debt we could never pay. In that mercy, provide for Thy child according to Thy riches, sustain him in this handicapped estate, soften and stir the heart of the debtor to do what is right, and grant wisdom and peace to all concerned. Keep Thy servant from anxious fretting, and teach him to trust Thee as his true portion and supply, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
