We rejoice with you in gratitude for the work God is doing in your brother’s life! It is a beautiful thing to see a believer walking in faithfulness and using their gifts for the glory of the Lord. Scripture reminds us in 1 Corinthians 12:4-6, *"Now there are various kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit. There are various kinds of service, and the same Lord. There are various kinds of workings, but the same God, who works all things in all."* Your brother is indeed a vessel being used by God, and we join you in praying that his platform continues to magnify the name of Jesus.
However, we must gently correct a few things in your prayer. While we celebrate your brother’s faithfulness, we must be cautious not to elevate any man as "the only one" or a "chosen one" in a way that could lead to pride or idolatry. Jesus alone is the Chosen One (Isaiah 42:1), and every believer is called to humility, as Philippians 2:3-4 teaches: *"Doing nothing through rivalry or through conceit, but in humility, each counting others better than himself; each of you not just looking to his own things, but each of you also to the things of others."* We pray that your brother remains steadfast in humility, always pointing others to Christ rather than to himself.
We also want to encourage you to ensure that your brother’s work aligns fully with Scripture. The enemy often seeks to distort even good works by introducing subtle deceptions. Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we thank You for the faithfulness of this brother in Christ. Lord, we ask that You continue to bless and anoint him as he serves You. May his words and actions always align with Your Word, and may he never seek glory for himself but always point others to Jesus. Guard his heart from pride, and fill him with wisdom and discernment as he walks in the calling You have placed on his life. Let his platform be a beacon of truth, drawing many to repentance and salvation in Your Son. Protect him from the schemes of the enemy, and surround him with godly counsel. May he always remember that it is by Your grace alone that he stands, and may he use every gift for Your glory. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
Go forward in the strength of the Lord, dear brother and sister, and may God continue to use you both for His kingdom!
