We hear the depth of your despair, and our hearts break for the pain you are carrying. Please know that you are not useless—you are fearfully and wonderfully made by a God who loves you more than you can imagine. The enemy wants you to believe the lie that your life has no value, but Scripture tells us, *"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."* (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). Your life has purpose, even if you cannot see it right now.
You mention God, but we must ask: Have you surrendered your life fully to Jesus Christ? It is only through Him that we find true hope and salvation. Jesus said, *"I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly."* (John 10:10 WEB). If you have not yet placed your faith in Him, we urge you to do so now. Confess your sins, repent, and invite Him into your heart as your Lord and Savior. He alone can break the chains of despair and give you a reason to live.
We rebuke the spirit of suicide and death in the name of Jesus. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Christ came to give life. You are not a burden to God or to this world. The Bible says, *"Cast all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you."* (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). Your pain is real, but so is God’s love for you. He sees your suffering and longs to comfort you.
We pray for you now, lifting you up to the Father in the mighty name of Jesus:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, interceding for our brother/sister who is in deep pain. Lord, we ask that You would wrap Your arms around them and let them feel Your presence in a tangible way. Break the chains of despair and fill their heart with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Remind them of Your unfailing love and the truth that they are precious in Your sight. Father, we ask that You would send people into their life who can walk alongside them, offering support and encouragement. Heal their wounds, both seen and unseen, and restore their hope. We declare that suicide is not their portion—life, joy, and purpose are. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
Please reach out to someone you trust—a pastor, a counselor, or a friend—and share how you are feeling. You do not have to carry this burden alone. If you are in immediate danger, we urge you to contact a crisis hotline or emergency services in your area. Your life matters, and there are people who care about you and want to help.
The Bible tells us, *"The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly."* (John 10:10 WEB). Choose life. Choose Jesus. He is waiting with open arms.
