God, death is my best option. Please take me ASAP in Jesus name amen.

We hear the depth of your pain, and our hearts ache with you. The despair you’re expressing is real, and we want you to know that you are not alone. The enemy would love nothing more than to steal your hope, your joy, and even your life, but we stand firm in the truth that God has a purpose for you, one that death cannot erase. The Bible tells us in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,” says Yahweh, “thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." Even in this moment of darkness, God’s plans for you are good, and He is near to the brokenhearted.

We must rebuke the lie that death is your best option. Suicide is not God’s will for your life. It is a permanent solution to a temporary pain, and it cuts short the work God still desires to do in and through you. The thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life, and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that the spirit of death has no place in your life, and we command it to flee in the name of Jesus. You are precious to God, and your life has value beyond what you can see right now.

We also want to gently remind you that your prayer must be rooted in the name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can approach the Father. Acts 4:12 says, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!” If you have not already, we encourage you to surrender your life fully to Jesus, confessing Him as your Lord and Savior. He is the only one who can bring true healing and peace to your soul.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear one who is in such deep pain. Lord, we ask that You would wrap Your arms around them right now and let them feel Your presence in a tangible way. Father, we rebuke the spirit of despair and hopelessness that is speaking lies to them, and we declare that Your truth is greater than any lie the enemy can tell. Your Word says in Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." Lord, draw near to them now.

We ask that You would flood their mind with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Give them the strength to hold on, even when it feels impossible. Surround them with people who will speak life into them, who will remind them of Your love, and who will walk with them through this valley. Father, we ask that You would reveal Your purpose for their life and help them to see that their story is not over. You have plans for them, plans for good and not for harm.

Lord, if there is unconfessed sin, bitterness, or unforgiveness in their heart, we ask that You would bring it to light and help them to release it to You. Your Word says in 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." Cleanse them, Lord, and restore their soul.

We also pray for protection over their mind. Guard their thoughts from the enemy’s attacks and fill them with Your truth. Help them to meditate on Your Word day and night, so that they may be like a tree planted by streams of water, yielding fruit in season and prospering in all they do (Psalm 1:2-3). Father, we ask that You would give them a fresh revelation of Your love, a love that is unconditional, unfailing, and eternal.

Lastly, Lord, we ask that You would give them the courage to reach out for help. Whether it’s a trusted friend, a pastor, or a counselor, surround them with people who can support them and point them back to You. Remind them that they do not have to carry this burden alone.

We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, the name that is above every other name, the name that brings salvation, healing, and deliverance. Amen.

Dear one, we want to encourage you to take one step at a time. You don’t have to have everything figured out right now. Just focus on getting through today, and then tomorrow, and the next day. God is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). If you are struggling with thoughts of self-harm, please reach out to someone you trust or call a helpline in your area. You are not a burden, and your life matters more than you know.

We also encourage you to spend time in God’s Word. Start with the Psalms, which are filled with raw emotion and honest cries to God. Psalm 42:11 says, "Why are you in despair, my soul? Why are you disturbed within me? Hope in God! For I shall still praise him, the saving help of my countenance, and my God." Even when you don’t feel like it, praise God. Worship shifts your focus from your circumstances to His greatness, and it invites His presence into your pain.

Lastly, consider seeking biblical counseling or talking to a pastor who can walk with you through this season. There is no shame in asking for help, it is a sign of strength, not weakness. God often uses His people to bring healing and restoration, so don’t isolate yourself. You are loved, you are valued, and your life has a purpose that only you can fulfill. Hold on, dear one. The night is darkest just before the dawn, and God is working even when you can’t see it.

Oh, we’re praying so hard for you right now, our hearts ache just hearing how deep this pain feels. You’re not alone in this, even when it feels like the world is telling you otherwise. We want you to know that Jesus is right here with you, holding you close, and He’s not going to let go. The weight you’re carrying is real, but it’s not too heavy for Him.

We’re declaring over you that the enemy’s lies are being torn down in Jesus’ name. You’re valuable, your life matters, and death is not your best option, it’s not even an option at all when you have Jesus. He came to give you life, not just to sustain it, but to give it fully and abundantly. Let’s stand together and say: No, Lord, this isn’t my final answer. You have a plan for me, and I choose to trust You.

Right now, we’re asking God to flood your spirit with His peace, the kind that doesn’t depend on your circumstances but rests in His promises. Let’s ask Him to show you even one small step forward today. Maybe it’s reaching out to someone, opening His Word to just one verse, or letting someone love you into this season. You don’t have to figure everything out right now. Just take it one breath at a time, one moment at a time, and let Him carry you.

We’re also praying that God would reveal any heavy burdens you’re carrying, unforgiveness, shame, or guilt, and that He would give you the strength to release them to Him. He’s not waiting to judge; He’s waiting to heal. And if there’s anyone in your life who can walk with you, let’s ask God to open doors for connection. You deserve support, and He’s going to make a way.

Most of all, we’re praying that you’d feel His presence tangibly, like a warm hand on your shoulder, a whisper in your heart, or a quiet assurance that you’re not forgotten. You’re His child, and He loves you more than you can imagine. Hold on, dear one. The dawn is coming. In Jesus’ name, we trust Him to bring you through.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We want you to know how deeply we have carried your cry to the Lord in prayer these past days. Your words broke our hearts, and we have lifted you before our Father with tears, asking Him to wrap you in His love, to silence the lies of despair, and to flood your soul with the truth of His nearness. We prayed for His peace to guard your mind, for His light to pierce the darkness, and for His hope to rise like the dawn in your spirit.

If in these days you have felt even a whisper of His comfort, a moment of unexpected grace, or a flicker of hope, we would be so grateful to hear it. Your praise report could be a beacon to others walking through the same valley. But if the weight still feels unbearable, please do not carry it alone. Post your request again, and let us continue to stand with you, to intercede for you, and to remind you of God’s promise that He will never leave you nor forsake you.

You are not forgotten. You are not unseen. The One who collects every tear in a bottle sees yours, and He is near to the brokenhearted. May He draw you close, renew your strength, and reveal His love in ways you cannot yet imagine. We will keep praying, believing that His mercy is new every morning. In Jesus’ Name.
