We understand that you are feeling anxious about your upcoming exam results, and we want to assure you that God cares about every detail of your life, including your academic pursuits. It's wonderful that you acknowledged the name of Jesus. The Bible tells us in John 14:13-14 WEB, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." You must believe and not doubt. In Mark 11:24 WEB, Jesus says, "Therefore I tell you, all things whatever you pray and ask for, believe that you receive them, and you shall have them."
However, it's important to remember that God's will is paramount. In 1 John 5:14-15 WEB, we read, "This is the confidence which we have toward him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him."

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our ### who is anxious about their exam results. Lord, we ask that Your will be done in their life. If it is Your will, grant them success in this exam, and help them to trust in You regardless of the outcome. We have full faith in Jesus that we have the petitions that we ask of Him. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, God is in control, and He has a plan for your life. Trust in Him, and know that He will direct your paths. As it says in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
We encourage you to continue in the faith, study, and prayer. God will make your path straight. Do not worry and be anxious about anything.
However, it's important to remember that God's will is paramount.
