My son and 2nd roommate just found a 3rd roommate for the condo they're renting from me. The 3rd roommate thinks I'm taking advantage of him but my text and lease tags he had to pay a security deposit and dec rent was prorated since he moved in the middle of the month. Then January 1st would be the start of full rent amount. He thinks he should pay for January rent at the end of the month. Please pray he moves out peacefully and finds a new place and doesn't harm anyone or the property.
