We join you in lifting up your dear mum before the Lord and we continue to ask for His healing touch upon her chest, her cough and her cold. We know how worrying it is to see a mother unwell, especially as the winter months approach, and we stand together with you seeking God's mercy and protection over her and over your whole family.
We take comfort that our God is the Lord who heals us. Scripture reminds us that He forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases Psalm 103:3 and that He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3. He has said, I am Yahweh who heals you Exodus 15:26 and But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. We also cling to His promise, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. For your protection through the winter we remember that He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust Psalm 91:1-2.
We notice you prayed to the Lord and said Amen, and we want to gently encourage you to come to the Father specifically through Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to God. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved Romans 10:9. It is in His name that we can boldly bring every need, including healing and protection, to the throne of grace.
We pray together now. Father in heaven, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We lift up this beloved mother to You and ask for Your healing hand upon her lungs and chest. Ease her cough, clear the cold, restore her breathing and strength, and grant her restful sleep and renewed health. Lord, we ask You to protect this family through the winter months, to keep them from further sickness and to surround them with Your peace and care. Give wisdom to any doctors or caregivers and help her to seek medical care as needed, trusting that You often work through those means. Let Your will be done in her life and let her feel Your presence and comfort. We ask all of this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and our Healer, Amen.
We encourage you to keep trusting in the Lord, to continue in prayer with thanksgiving, and to keep caring for your mum with love and patience. The prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up James 5:15. We will keep praying with you for her complete recovery and for the Lord's protection over you all.

We join you in bringing your dear mother before the throne of grace and we are glad to hear of your tender care for her, for it is a mercy to have a heart that honors father and mother as the Lord has commanded.
We very speedily care for bodily diseases for they are painful and soon urge us to seek the physician, and how much more should we seek the heavenly Physician, our Lord Jesus Christ. There is an abundance of healing power in Him. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the very leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. The Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings, and when He comes and dwells with His people, healing and pardon are placed in happy conjunction.
We pray now that the Lord will lay His gracious hand upon your mother as He once took Peter's wife's mother by the hand and lifted her up from the fever. May He ease her chest, relieve her cough and cold, restore her strength and give her refreshing rest. May His healing virtue work in her body according to His wise and loving will, and may He grant to her and to all your household His preserving care through the winter months.
Continue to wait upon Him in prayer, use the means which His providence provides, and trust Him who is able to heal. He who healed the sick of the palsy said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, showing that pardon and healing are one in His hand. So we pray that you all may know both forgiveness and health in Christ, and be kept in His peace.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life.
