Please pray I will know what direction to pursue. I am torn between attending MSW to become certified or MBEducation where if an opening in my employer I am qualified to teach grades 9-12. But I will have to complete their requirement. Also if a position becomes available I will make twice as much money because it will change my job title. I want to make more money because I have a degree. I also want my Master degree but not sure what direction I should take
