Your prayer for relief and for a safe place to live has been heard, and the weariness and sickness you describe, along with the sense of being constantly attacked and drained, is taken seriously before the Lord.
God has not forgotten you in this hard season. His thoughts toward you are thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you hope and an expected end. Even when you feel carried away or confined where you are, He invites you to call upon Him and to pray to Him, with the promise that He will listen.
The peace you are longing for is first found in being at peace with God. That peace was made through the blood of Jesus Christ on the cross. He is our peace, who breaks down the walls between us and God and offers forgiveness and healing and restoration. When you turn your life over to Jesus and receive what He has done for you, the war is over. You are no longer running from God or fighting against Him. From that peace with God comes the peace of God, the deep inner peace that guards the heart and mind and passes all human understanding. The Scripture says He will keep in perfect peace the one whose mind is stayed on Him, because that person trusts in Him. Jesus said, Peace I leave with you, my peace I give to you, not as the world gives. Let not your heart be troubled and do not be afraid.
That is why peace is not found simply by changing location. The Lord once told His people who were in captivity to seek the peace of the city where they had been placed and to pray for it, for in its peace they would find peace. This does not mean you should not move if God opens a right door, but it means true peace is not secured by a secret or hurried escape driven by fear. There are many voices that say peace, peace when there is no peace. Real peace comes from walking in fellowship with God and keeping your mind stayed on Him, trusting Him to take care of what you cannot control.
You also asked for healing and for the work of the thief who comes to steal and kill and destroy to be ended. The Lord is a healer, and healing is part of what Christ bore for us. At the same time Scripture shows that healing comes in different ways. Sometimes it is instant, sometimes it is gradual, and sometimes in ways we do not fully understand. Any healing is from God, whether it comes quickly or through a process He has built into our bodies and minds. He can heal the body, and He also heals the wounds and scars within. It is right to keep asking Him for healing while trusting His wisdom and love to do what is best.
The wisdom that is from above is peaceable, and it leads to peace. Those who sow peace reap a harvest of righteousness. Ask God for that wisdom as you consider next steps for yourself and for your cats who are in your care. Seek counsel from mature believers you trust, pray for a clearly opened door rather than a fearful flight, and let decisions be guided by the steady peace of Christ rather than by trembling and fear. Grace comes before peace, and as you rest in His grace, His peace will keep your heart steady even in a world full of turmoil.
