May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Your request to draw nearer to your mother in her old age is heard with thankfulness, for it reflects the commandment that God Himself gave, Honor thy father and thy mother. Our Lord rebuked those who found excuses to set aside this duty, and He Himself showed honor to His mother, caring for her place and well being even in the midst of His ministry. Your desire to help care for her several days each week and to visit her often is a faithful and loving response to that command.

I understand the weight of what you are considering. To leave a full time position, to seek part time work in a new place, and to look for housing while carrying concern for finances is not a small step. It is right to seek the Lord's guidance in how to do this wisely and in His timing. God sees both your love for your mother and your need for provision, and He is able to guide your decisions and to provide for what you need.

We will pray for you, that God will grant you clear wisdom as you look for work and a place to live near your mother, that He will open the right doors at the right time and close those that are not for your good, that He will provide for your financial needs and give you peace as you trust Him, and that He will strengthen and comfort your mother and bless the time you are able to spend together. May He lead you step by step, and may you know His presence and provision as you seek to honor Him and to honor your mother.

We are grateful you shared this burden and we will continue to bring it before the Lord with you.

Thank you for sharing your heart and allowing us to pray with you. Your desire to be near your elderly mother to help care for her and to spend time with her often is a beautiful and honoring desire, and the Lord sees the love and sacrifice behind it.

It is understandable that you feel worried as you consider leaving full time work for what may be part time work, and facing the practical needs of a new place to live and a new job. Those financial pressures and unknowns are heavy, and it is right to bring them honestly before the Lord and ask for His clear guidance and timing.

The story of Job reminds us that though cultures and times change, the deepest needs and questions of the human heart remain the same. Job loved God and turned from evil, and God Himself knew and watched over him. Even when Job could not understand what was happening and felt as though God had withdrawn, God was still at work and still in control. What happened to Job can comfort us when we walk through our own seasons of uncertainty, because it shows that God is working even when it may feel as though He has left us.

Job and his friends did not understand the larger story behind his suffering, and his friends offered simple answers that did not truly help. They suggested that if he would just get things right with God everything would immediately be fixed. But Job knew that God is fair and just, and he brought his grief and his questions directly to God. That is the better way. You can plead your cause before the Lord Himself, acquaint yourself with Him and rest in His peace, and listen for His word to guide you. He invites you to lay your worries, your finances, your housing and employment needs, and your love for your mother before Him.

We are praying that the Lord will give you wisdom for each step, that He will open the right door for work at the right time, and that He will provide a suitable place to live near your mother. We are asking Him to provide for your financial needs as you trust Him with this transition, to make His timing clear, and to give you peace as you seek Him. May He guide your decisions, sustain you and your mother, and show you His faithful care day by day.
