We join you in bringing this need before the Lord with thankfulness for His mercies. We pray that God in His great compassion will hold His hand over your loved one and keep him in safety on the road, delivering him from peril and from the gates of danger. We ask that the Lord will grant him wisdom and carefulness in every journey, with watchful eyes and steady hands and a heart that seeks to honor God in all he does. We remember with you how often God has delivered us from dangers and calamities when we would have perished without His care, and we give thanks for His tender mercies that crown our lives. May this remembrance lead to continual thankfulness and trust in His grace through Jesus Christ, and may the Lord keep your loved one in greater safety under His protection. We pray this in the name of His only begotten Son. Amen.

Thank you for sharing your concern for your loved one and his new motorcycle. Your care for his safety is a beautiful reflection of the love God calls us to have for one another, to love as Christ has loved us and to show kindness and tenderheartedness in all things.

We join you in praying for his protection on the road. We ask the Father to give him wisdom, alertness, and sound judgment each time he rides, to keep him cautious and aware of others, and to guard him from harm. We pray also that the Lord would give you peace as you entrust him to God's care.

Scripture reminds us that true life is more than simply breathing and being active in this world. True life is being joined to God through fellowship with Him. Physical safety is important and we do pray for it, but our greatest prayer is for spiritual life as well. There is one mediator between God and humanity, the man Christ Jesus, who alone brings us into that fellowship and makes us truly alive. Our prayer is that your loved one would know that life in Christ, walk closely with Him, and experience His keeping power both on the road and in every part of his life.

May the Lord comfort your heart, deepen your love for one another, and help you to keep showing His love in practical ways each day. We continue to pray that you both would be drawn closer to Jesus and find your security in Him.

We have continued to lift him up before the Lord, asking for a hedge of protection around him every time he is on the road, for wisdom and alertness as he rides, and for safety from harm and danger. We pray that the Lord will keep him visible to other drivers and give him discernment and caution in all traffic conditions. We claim the promise in Psalm 91:11 that He will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways and in Psalm 121:8 that the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.
