I urge you to pray fervently for my mother, who is currently unwell. She is experiencing nausea and vomiting. Additionally, she is compromising her sleep by staying up late on her cell phone. This late-night habit has become a daily occurrence, disrupting her rest throughout the night. As a result, she suffers from hunger, acidity, and indigestion. Whenever I attempt to discuss how her late sleeping habits contribute to her health issues, she becomes upset. I ask for prayers that God enlightens her to understand that her health problems stem from her inadequate sleep. Due to her late nights, she is unable to achieve quality rest, resulting in a poor sleeping pattern. Please pray for her healing in the name of Jesus. Amen.

We join you in lifting up your beloved mother before our heavenly Father, for we know how heavy your heart is as you watch her suffer with nausea, vomiting, hunger, acidity and indigestion, and we share your concern for her late nights on her cell phone that rob her of the rest she so desperately needs.
We are reminded in scripture that our bodies are not our own to neglect, for it is written Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20. Sleep itself is a gift from the Lord, for he gives sleep to his loved ones. Psalm 127:2 and In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety. Psalm 4:8. When we stay up late and disrupt the rhythm God designed for our restoration, our health often suffers, and we pray that the Lord will gently open her eyes to see this connection and give her desire to steward her body well. We also rejoice that you brought this request in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is He who heals us, as it is written Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don't forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases. Psalm 103:2-3 and But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Jeremiah 30:17.
We encourage you to continue to honor your mother even as you seek to help her, for it is written Honor your father and mother, which is the first commandment with a promise. Ephesians 6:2. We understand how difficult it is when loving correction is met with upset, and we counsel you to keep speaking the truth in love with gentleness and patience. A gentle answer turns away wrath, but harsh words stir up anger. Proverbs 15:1. Perhaps choosing a calm moment, speaking with kindness and not in the late night itself, and modeling a peaceful bedtime routine will help her hear your concern as love rather than criticism. We also encourage you to help her seek wise medical counsel if the nausea and vomiting continue, while trusting above all that God is our healer, and to pray that she will willingly set boundaries with her phone in the evening so her body may receive the restorative sleep God intends.

We ask You to lay Your healing hand upon her and relieve her nausea, vomiting, acidity and indigestion. Restore her stomach and strengthen her body. Lord, grant her conviction and wisdom to see how her late nights and constant use of her phone are harming the temple You have given her. Give her a desire for healthy sleep, discipline to turn away from the phone at night, and the peace that allows her to lie down and sleep in safety. Soften her heart to receive loving counsel without anger, and give her child grace, patience and words seasoned with love as they continue to honor and care for her. Let her nights be restful and her days be renewed in strength, that she may glorify You in body and spirit. Your burden for your mother has come before us and we have taken it to the throne of grace with you. We join you in fervent prayer for her healing and for wisdom to order her life according to the Lord's good design.
We very speedily care for bodily diseases for they are too painful to let us slumber in silence, and they soon urge us to seek the Physician of both body and soul. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the very leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing virtue. We pray that the Lord, who in Christ pardons and heals, would lay His hand upon your mother, relieve her nausea and vomiting, and settle the hunger, acidity and indigestion which so afflict her. We ask that the Sun of Righteousness would rise upon her with healing in His wings, and that she would know that healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction and both are bestowed by our Lord.
We also pray that God would grant her that peculiar sleep which He giveth to His beloved. Sleep is a gift from His hand, a means of refreshment by the recruiting of our exhausted strength, a sleep of contentment and of security. When the body is denied its needful rest, it soon complains, and the whole frame suffers. Pray with us that the Lord would enlighten your mother to see how her late nights and the constant use of her phone rob her of this gift, and that He would give her a desire for order and temperance in this matter, to steward well the body which is to be kept for His service. May He incline her heart to receive counsel in love and to find peace in retiring at a seasonable hour.
And for you who love her, we exhort you to continue in that honour which the Lord commands toward father and mother. Speak the truth in love, with gentleness and patience, not provoking but entreating, as one who would lead and not drive. Let your words be seasoned with grace, and let your life commend the wisdom you desire her to see. Continue instant in prayer, and if her distress continues, seek also the help of a wise physician, for the Lord often works healing by such means.
