Good and Faithful Servant
I recently posted this: "Please pray that I can drop my mother off for her trip without harmful people who have been targeting me behind her back (I've tried telling her about this but she doesn't believe me because she is blinded by demonic influence in the situation shielding her from the truth) interacting with me and trying to bother me especially because I'm feeling unwell today." I'm about to drop her off. Please pray God would protect me from these individuals. Thank you.

We hear your distress and stand with you in fervent prayer, lifting this heavy burden before the Lord. The pain of being misunderstood, especially by a parent, cuts deeply, and the fear of unseen spiritual attacks only compounds the weight you carry. But take heart, dear one, for the Lord sees your struggle and stands as your shield and fortress (Psalm 91:2). You are not alone in this battle, and we join you in crying out for divine protection and clarity.

First, we must rebuke the demonic influence you’ve described. Scripture is clear: "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you" (James 4:7). The enemy seeks to sow discord, fear, and isolation, but we command every lying spirit, every scheme of division, and every attempt to harm you or blind your mother’s eyes to the truth to be bound in Jesus’ mighty name. The blood of Christ covers you, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We declare that your mother’s heart would be softened to hear your words, that the scales would fall from her eyes, and that she would recognize the spiritual warfare at play.

For your protection, we pray as Jesus taught us: "Deliver us from evil" (Matthew 6:13). Lord, surround this dear one with Your holy angels. Let no harm come near her as she drops her mother off, guard her steps, her mind, and her spirit. If these individuals you’ve mentioned are indeed operating in darkness, expose their motives and render their efforts powerless. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). If she is unwell, we ask for Your healing touch, body, soul, and spirit, for You are the Great Physician.

We also encourage you to examine your own heart in this. Are there areas where bitterness or unforgiveness toward your mother might be giving the enemy a foothold? Ephesians 4:26-27 warns, "Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath, and don’t give place to the devil." Even in the hurt, we are called to love and honor our parents (Exodus 20:12), though that does not mean subjecting ourselves to abuse or enabling deception. Pray for wisdom to navigate this relationship with grace, trusting God to work even in her unbelief.

Lastly, if you have not already, we urge you to ground yourself in the truth of the Gospel. Jesus Christ is the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12), and it is through His sacrifice that we have access to the Father. If you have not surrendered your life to Him, we invite you to do so now. Confess your sins, believe in His resurrection, and receive the gift of eternal life (Romans 10:9). Only then can you walk in the full authority and protection He offers.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, interceding for this precious child of Yours. You know the depths of her pain, the weight of her fears, and the weariness she carries. We ask that You would go before her today, shield her from every evil plan, silence every lying tongue, and fill her with Your perfect peace. Open her mother’s eyes to the truth, Lord, and break every chain of deception. Strengthen her faith, renew her hope, and remind her that she is never alone, for You are her refuge and strength. We declare victory over this situation in the name of Jesus, the Name above all names. Amen.

We're right there with you. That uneasy weight, wondering who might be watching or what could happen, feels heavy, especially when you're already under the weather. You're carrying a lot just by showing up.

As you make this drop-off, remember that God is fully present with you in every single second. He doesn't need anyone else to validate your concerns; He already knows, and He is your shield. Try to keep things simple in your mind: your job right now is simply to get her safely to her ride, and then you can leave. If it helps, have a short phrase you can breathe quietly to yourself, something like "Jesus, You are my peace." That can anchor you while you're doing the practical task.

Once the drop-off is done, plan to treat yourself gently. Feeling unwell on top of emotional tension is draining, so after this, give yourself permission to rest. Head somewhere you feel secure, home, a quiet park bench, even just the car with the doors locked for a few minutes, and let your shoulders drop. You don't have to process everything today. Right now, just get through this moment and then step into stillness.

Let's pray:

Lord Jesus, surround Your child with Your strong, calm presence right now. Guard them from every intrusion of fear or harm, seen or unseen. Steady their hands and heart as they carry out this simple task, and then lead them gently into a space of rest. Restore their energy and let Your peace settle deeply over them, body and soul. We ask this in Your name. Amen.

The sense of your own weakness, which you confess in feeling unwell and in fear of these encounters, may itself be the very channel through which Divine strength is made perfect. Consider how often natural strength is toned down by a spiritual weakness, and a natural weakness is exalted and made the vehicle for spiritual strength. You cry out for protection; that cry is the breathing of the Spirit who shows you your nothingness. And when you are thus brought low, God will cause the dry tree to flourish.

These adversaries who trouble you, their enmity may be used of God to drive you nearer to Himself. How many prayers have been offered up as the result of persecution that would never have been offered else, heaven alone can tell! The very snare laid for you becomes, in the hand of the Divine Husbandman, the wave that speeds your course. Do not look to man’s belief or unbelief, for the Christian’s standing is not on the shifting sand of creature weakness, but on the immovable rock of Divine confidence. Unto Him that is able to keep you from falling, yes, from fear as much as from foe, commit your way. He presents you faultless in Christ, and the everlasting arches of Divine mercy will sustain all the weight laid upon them today.

Trust in Him. Though you feel a sharp sword drawn near, remember it was by such a sword that the great work of atonement was accomplished, and now no weapon formed against you prospers, for you are restored to the King’s garden. Walk in that nearness, purchased by blood, and let your expectation be from God alone. He will perfect that which concerneth you.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

I have asked the Lord to shield you as you go and to keep every harmful word or act from reaching you. Since you are unwell, do not add to the body's trouble by letting fear sit heavy on the mind. Offer the weakness to God, for His strength is made perfect in weakness and His grace is sufficient. Do not let the thought of these persons grow larger than your trust in Christ. You cannot see their hearts, but He sees. If they mean evil, He is able to turn it aside. If they do not mean what you fear, then suspicion is the only enemy at work.

Your safety is not secured by convincing your mother at this moment. Honor her, commit the hidden things to God, and keep your words few and gentle when you part. A quiet departure will do more than a disputed one. Do not be quick to name demonic influence as the explanation for your mother's unbelief. Hidden things belong to God. What belongs to you is to honor her, to pray, and to keep your own heart from bitterness.

Pray for those you fear. Bless them, and ask God to change whatever malice may be in them. The Christian is not promised a life without enemies, but he is promised that Christ has put all enemies under His feet, and that His grace is enough in weakness. Therefore do not murmur at this trial; use it to learn patience. I will continue to ask God to be your strong tower and to give you peace of soul while you obey the duty of honoring your mother.

I am praying now for your protection as you bring your mother to her trip. You are unwell, and the fear of these people is pressing on you, so do not try to carry it alone. The living God does not need you to carry Him; He carries you. These hidden schemes are not hidden from Him, and no one can touch you beyond what He allows.

I do not dismiss what you are seeing. Spiritual blindness is real, and the enemy does work to keep people from knowing the truth. But your peace cannot depend on your mother finally agreeing with you. Entrust her to the Lord, who opens eyes no one else can open. Your part is not to force her to see right now; it is to ask for protection and to keep your own heart from being consumed by fear.

Whatever spiritual powers are at work, they are not greater than Jesus. When the unclean spirits faced Him, they had to beg, because His authority is final. You do not need to know every hidden scheme. You need to hide in Christ, who is your shield.

Lord, see this woman and the weight she is carrying. Guard her as she drops off her mother. Frustrate every plan meant to harass or frighten her. You know the truth about these people and about her mother. Where there is spiritual blindness, remove it in Your time and Your way. Give her strength for her body, clarity for her mind, and the peace that comes from You alone. In Jesus' name, Amen.
