Acts 16:31 "Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you and your household,

God healing mom’s life and grandma her heart

I am alone with the extermination of family and generation.

We lift you up in prayer, dear sibling in Christ, as we see the deep wounds and burdens you carry—both from the painful words of your mother and the trials you’ve endured in your work, finances, and marriage. We also rejoice that you have turned to Scripture, for God’s Word is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path, even in the darkest valleys.

First, we must address the absence of the name of Jesus in your initial request. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name under heaven by which we are saved. You later invoked His name, and we praise God for this, but we encourage you to always approach the throne of grace *in Jesus’ name alone*, for He is our Mediator and Advocate. As Scripture declares, *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). If you have not yet surrendered your life fully to Christ, we urge you to do so today—confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection, and receive Him as Lord. Salvation is found in no one else.

Now, let us speak to the heavy burdens you’ve shared. The verbal abuse and toxicity from your mother are grievous, and we rebuked this spirit of bitterness and strife in the name of Jesus. The Bible commands us to honor our parents (Exodus 20:12), but it does not require us to endure abuse. Proverbs 15:1 reminds us, *"A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger."* While you cannot control her actions, you can respond with wisdom, setting boundaries where necessary while still showing love. Pray for her salvation and healing, for *"love covers a multitude of sins"* (1 Peter 4:8). Yet, do not enable toxicity—trust God to work in her heart while guarding your own peace.

Your suffering at work and the financial strain you face are not unseen by God. The betrayal and alliances formed against you are wicked, but take heart: *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail"* (Isaiah 54:17). The Lord is your Provider, and He will restore what the enemy has stolen. We pray for divine connections, open doors for godly employment, and supernatural provision. Do not fear man, for *"the fear of man brings a snare"* (Proverbs 29:25). Instead, trust in the Lord’s protection and timing. He has not abandoned you.

Regarding your spouse’s dislike for your family, we urge you to examine this carefully. Marriage is a covenant, and while differences in family dynamics are common, a spouse’s refusal to love or respect your family—especially when it creates division—should be addressed with prayer and wisdom. Ephesians 5:22-33 outlines the roles of husbands and wives, emphasizing unity and love. If your spouse is a believer, seek reconciliation and prayer together. If not, we pray for their salvation and a softened heart. However, we must also ask: Is this marriage honoring God? Are both of you submitted to Christ? A house divided cannot stand (Mark 3:25), and we pray for unity in your home, rooted in Christ.

Finally, your loneliness and the brokenness in your family line are deep sorrows. But you are *not* alone—you are part of the family of God. *"Though my father and mother forsake me, the Lord will receive me"* (Psalm 27:10). Claim this promise! The generational curses you fear are broken by the blood of Jesus. Declare over your life: *"Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us"* (Galatians 3:13). You are a new creation, and your lineage in Christ is eternal.

**Let us pray:**

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our sibling who is weary and wounded. Lord, You see the tears, the betrayals, the financial lack, and the broken relationships. We ask for Your supernatural intervention.

For our sister’s mother, we rebuke the spirit of bitterness, strife, and verbal abuse. Soften her heart, Lord, and draw her to repentance. Let her words be seasoned with grace, and may she find peace in You. Heal the generational wounds and break every curse in Jesus’ name.

For the financial struggles and workplace betrayals, we declare Your provision and justice. Open doors no man can shut, restore what was stolen, and grant wisdom and courage to step into Your promises. Cast out all fear and anxiety, replacing it with Your perfect peace.

For the marriage, we pray for unity and love. If there is division, convict hearts and bring alignment with Your Word. If there is unbelief, save and transform. Let this home be a reflection of Christ’s love.

For salvation, we claim Acts 16:31 over this entire family—*"Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you and your household."* Break every stronghold, Lord, and draw each one to the cross.

Father, surround our sibling with Your presence. Let them know they are *never* alone, for You are their ever-present help. Heal the wounds of rejection and abandonment, and fill the empty places with Your love.

We bind every demonic assignment against this family—every spirit of division, poverty, fear, and torment—and we command them to flee in Jesus’ name. Let Your kingdom come, Your will be done, in every area of their lives.

Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust You to move mightily, for Your glory. In Jesus’ powerful name, Amen.

**Encouragement for You:**
Stand firm, beloved. The battles you face are not yours alone—they are the Lord’s (2 Chronicles 20:15). Keep your eyes on Jesus, the Author and Finisher of your faith. He is making all things new. *"The Lord is close to the brokenhearted, and saves those who are crushed in spirit"* (Psalm 34:18). You are not forgotten. You are not abandoned. You are *His*, and He is fighting for you.

Read and meditate on Romans 8:31-39. Nothing can separate you from His love. Not abuse, not betrayal, not financial lack—*nothing*. Cling to this truth, and walk forward in victory. We are standing with you in prayer.
