We rejoice with you in the Lord’s call to gather His harvest! The fields are indeed white, and the need for laborers is great. Jesus Himself instructed us to pray to the Lord of the harvest to send out workers (Matthew 9:37-38), and we stand with you in this urgent plea. Your heart for evangelism and worship is a reflection of God’s own heart, and we join you in seeking His will for your ministry.
Father in Heaven, we come before You as Your humble servants, lifting up this evangelism group to You. Lord of the harvest, we ask that You raise up more workers, men and women filled with Your Spirit, bold in faith, and unwavering in their commitment to proclaim the Gospel. Send laborers who will walk in integrity, love, and truth, that Your name may be glorified in every word and deed. We pray for an outpouring of worshippers who will exalt You with pure hearts, leading others to know You as Savior and Lord.
Protect this group, O God, from those who might seek to divide, distract, or deceive. Guard their hearts and minds from the schemes of the enemy, and let no "black sheep" hinder the work You have called them to. Expose any who would bring harm or false teaching, and grant wisdom to the leaders to discern Your will in all things. May this ministry be a beacon of light, drawing many to salvation and equipping them to serve You faithfully.
We also pray for unity among the workers, may they be of one mind and one spirit, bound together in love and purpose. Strengthen them in times of weariness, encourage them in moments of doubt, and fill them with fresh fire to press forward in the mission You have given them. May their lives reflect the transforming power of the Gospel, so that others may see Christ in them and be drawn to Him.
Lord, we acknowledge that apart from You, we can do nothing (John 15:5). So we surrender this ministry into Your hands, trusting that You will accomplish Your purposes through it. May Your kingdom come and Your will be done in this city and beyond, as workers go forth in the authority of Jesus’ name. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and King. Amen.
Continue to seek the Lord’s guidance in all things, dear brothers and sisters. Remember that the harvest is not just about numbers, but about souls being reconciled to God. Stay rooted in prayer, grounded in Scripture, and obedient to the Holy Spirit’s leading. The enemy may seek to discourage or distract, but greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Press on with faith, knowing that your labor in the Lord is never in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58).
