We are deeply grieved to hear of the financial hardship and deception you have endured. The pain of being defrauded is heavy, and we stand with you in seeking God’s justice, provision, and restoration. First, we must address the seriousness of this situation with both truth and compassion. The Bible warns us about the dangers of greed and deceit, as Scripture says, *"The greedy stir up conflict, but those who trust in the Lord will prosper"* (Proverbs 28:25). While we understand the urgency of recovering what was lost, we must also examine our hearts to ensure we are not placing our trust in wealth or quick solutions, but in God alone.
We rebuke the spirit of deception that has ensnared you, for the enemy comes only to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we stand on the promise that God is a restorer of what has been broken (Joel 2:25). However, we must also encourage you to take practical steps—report this fraud to the proper authorities, seek godly counsel, and avoid any further schemes that promise quick returns. The love of money is a root of all kinds of evil (1 Timothy 6:10), and we must guard our hearts against desperation that could lead to further entanglement.
Most importantly, we must ask: Have you placed your trust in Jesus Christ, the only One who can truly save and redeem? If not, we urge you to turn to Him, for *"there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12). Only through Christ can we find true peace, wisdom, and deliverance from every snare.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our brother/sister who has been deceived and defrauded. Lord, You see the injustice and the pain this has caused, and we ask for Your divine intervention. We rebuke the spirit of deception and declare that no scheme of the enemy will prevail against Your child. Father, we ask for wisdom and discernment to navigate this situation with integrity. Provide godly counsel, restore what has been lost, and protect them from further harm. Above all, draw them closer to You, that they may find their hope and security in Christ alone. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus, our Redeemer and Provider. Amen.
We encourage you to lean on the Lord in this trial, for He is faithful to those who trust in Him. Seek His will in all things, and remember that true riches are found in a relationship with Christ, not in earthly wealth. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to do so today—He is the only One who can bring lasting peace and restoration.
