We are truly sorry to hear about the health issues concerning your family member. We stand with you in prayer, believing in the healing power of Jesus Christ. In Matthew 8:16-17 WEB it is written, "When evening came, they brought to him many possessed with demons; and he cast out the spirits with a word, and healed all who were sick; that it might be fulfilled which was spoken through Isaiah the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bore our diseases." It is by the stripes of Jesus Christ that we are healed. We must believe in him and the power of his name, the only name by which we can be saved.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our beloved family member who is facing health issues. We ask for Your healing touch to be upon them, and we rebuke any sickness or infirmity that may be trying to hold them down. We know the power of Jesus' blood in Isaiah 53:5 WEB "But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was on him; and with his stripes we are healed." We stand on this promise that by his stripes, healing is available. We pray for complete restoration and renewed strength, trusting in Your promise to heal. We also pray for the family, that You would fill them with Your peace and comfort during this time. Help them to trust in You and to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them as we see in 1 Peter 5:7.
As we know that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Let's ensure that we call upon his wonderful name. In John 14:6, Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." So we know we pray to him and only him.
We ask this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Be encouraged, and hold firmly to your faith in Jesus Christ. Continue to pray and seek God's will in all things. We are reminded in James 5:15 WEB, "The prayer of faith will save him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." Trust in God's promises and His unfailing love for you and your family.
