MISSING: Matthew Vo Franklin. 25 year old male. About 5'7 is metis/viet been missing since new years night, and was last seen in the EK area (munroe and panet). Open every door that needs to be open and close every door that needs to be closed in our lives. God all that I have asked of You in prayer please do the same for the writer of this prayer.
