We join with you in asking for miracles and thanking God that you have come through the blood of Jesus, for it is only by Him that we have access to the Father and it is His blood that cleanses and covers us.
We hear your heart crying out for life to be filled with miracles, for open doors to a job doing commercials on television, for success in a business that would allow you to greatly care for animals, and for the restoration of being able to pray in your mind again. These are good desires when they are surrendered to God's will, and we bring them before Him together.
The Scripture reminds us that nothing is too hard for the Lord, as it is written Behold, I am Yahweh, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too wonderful for me Jeremiah 32:27. Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights James 1:17, and we know My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19. Your desire to care for animals reflects God's own heart, for A righteous man respects the life of his animal Proverbs 12:10, and we praise God for putting that compassion in you. Whatever work He gives you, we pray you may do it heartily, as for the Lord and not for men Colossians 3:23, and commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed Proverbs 16:3.
We also rejoice that you want to pray again in your mind. God hears even our silent thoughts, for You understand my thought afar off Psalm 139:2 and He knows our hearts. Jesus taught us When you pray, enter into your inner room, and having shut your door, pray to your Father who is in secret, and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly Matthew 6:6. Even when words fail, the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can’t be uttered Romans 8:26, and we are called to pray without ceasing 1 Thessalonians 5:17.

Father in heaven, in the mighty name of Jesus and through His shed blood we come before Your throne of grace. We ask for Your miraculous hand upon this life. If it is Your will, open the door for work in commercials and television and let the talents You have given be used to glorify You and to provide honestly. Bless the vision for a business to care for animals greatly, and give wisdom, diligence, integrity and favor to make it succeed for Your glory and for the good of Your creation. Restore and strengthen the ability to pray in the mind, to commune with You continually in thought and in spirit, and let Your peace guard that mind in Christ Jesus. Let every miracle that comes be a testimony that You are the source, that You hear, that You provide, and that You love. We commit these desires to Your perfect will, asking that You shape them according to Your purpose and that Your name be praised in all of it. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

There is much in your brief petition that is right and hopeful, for you turn your care into prayer and you plead the blood of Jesus, which alone can give prayer its power and prevalence before the throne of grace.
We have carried your requests before the Lord, that He would in His wise providence open a door for honest labour, whether in the work of commercials or in other business, and that He would prosper you so far as may be for His glory and for your good. To desire to care for the creatures He has made is a tender and becoming wish, for the merciful man regards the life of his beast, and if the Lord entrusts you with such a stewardship we pray He will give you diligence, integrity and compassion therein. How dare we go forth to business on any day without the Presence of the Lord, and so we ask that if His presence go not with you, He will not carry you up thence, but that He will guide every step.
You say you would pray in your mind again. Be assured the Lord hearkens to the prayer that is inwrought in the warp and woof of the soul, though no lip should move. He who hears Hannah when her lips only moved and her voice was not heard, hears the inward groaning which cannot be uttered. Yet let not this inward prayer be restrained or cast off. Let your requests be made known unto God in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving. That is the cure for care. Rub prayer and supplication together with thanksgiving and they make a blessed remedy for worry. Be importunate and continue therein. If the answer tarry, pray again, for prayer that is repeated and continued prevails if it has but time.
We pray now that the Lord will remember His word unto His servant and quicken you in His way. May He cleanse your prayers in the precious blood of Christ, that being purged from all defiling they may mount to the throne and bring down a blessing. May He restore unto you the joy of communion, so that prayer shall not be a formality but the very breath of life, in the closet, in the street, and in the silent thoughts of the heart.
We give thanks that you look to Jesus alone, for there is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved, and no other blood that can make our supplications acceptable. May the Lord establish you, provide for your daily need, and keep you abiding in Christ, that your life may be full of those miracles of grace which are greater than any outward wonder, even the miracle of a heart kept in perfect peace because it is stayed upon Him.

We have received your request and we join you in bringing it before the Lord. Your desire to see His power at work in your life, to find good work, to build a business that can care for animals, and to be restored in your inner life of prayer is good and right, and we thank God that you come through the blood of Jesus, for it is by His blood alone that we have access to the Father.
We pray with you that God would open the right doors for work, including the opportunity in television commercials that you mentioned, and that He would give you wisdom and diligence to succeed in business. Scripture teaches that God provides for those who labor, and even more for those who seek to use what He provides for good stewardship. Caring for animals is part of that stewardship, and we ask that He would make you a faithful steward of whatever He entrusts to you. We also ask that He would help you to walk in integrity and hard work as you go forth to your daily business, trusting Him for the outcome.
You asked especially that you may pray in your mind again. Be assured that God hears the prayer of the heart even when it is silent before others. At the same time, prayer is a great weapon given to us for each day. We need it in the morning and at night, as we go out into the struggles and uncertainties of daily life, so that we may go through the day without being overcome. Keep seeking Him both in quiet thoughts and in spoken words, making Him first at the dawn of the day and again when the day closes. Do not rely only on the prayers of others, though we gladly pray for you now, but remain watchful yourself, for God delights when His children are alert and come to Him directly.
We also remember that what may seem impossible to reason is entirely possible to faith. As God preserved Jonah and showed His power in ways beyond understanding, so He is still able to work miracles today. Yet He often works through ordinary means as well, through open doors, through skills He gives, and through faithful prayer offered over time.
